Sake from the Takeshita Brewery, birthplace of former Prime Minister Takeshita. Gorgeous aroma, The fruity flavor is just as the label says. The sweetness is reminiscent of pineapple, The sweetness reminds one of pineapple, and gradually the bitterness appears and disappears. It is easy to drink and goes down smoothly, I thought it was a sake to be enjoyed on its own rather than paired with something else. We are invited to the head office to have a good drink after a not-so-fun work day. The head office is far away and uncomfortable, so we are bersassa. The specs are the same. We compared the different yeasts. I didn't know yeast could make such a difference. It is easier to tell the difference than the rice. There are different tastes. The No. 9 is very clear and has little assertiveness. No. 18 has a more gorgeous aroma and taste. Olizeh is amazing! The story on the back label is interesting wish.

Purchased in Tokushima City on the way back from a trip to Naruto and Awaji Island (Part 2). It was the first sake from the brewery. It is very good.

Yesterday was the first youth baseball coaches meeting in two weeks. A big senior coach bought us some sake from Tokushima, so we had it 🙇️. My first Tokushima sake ️️! It's a dry taste, but you can feel the sweetness too👍. It's well balanced and perfect for a midday drink😍. My senior coach lives in Shikoku for work now and can't come back every week but I asked him to bring me some good sake from Shikoku🤣.

The second bottle of Hohsui Shuzo purchased at the Hankyu Brewer's Festival was a hiyaoroshi 🐰✨ with a 60% polishing ratio of Bizen Omachi rice. It has a mellow mouthfeel and a full flavor that is typical of Omachi rice, and is delicious!

#Hamamatsu# Nagura Sake Shop On the second day back to my parents' house, I first visited Kakegawa's 🍶. We went to a local liquor store and bought a bottle of spring limited edition sake. First time drinking this brand, we had it with my family 😁. I was told that it's good to drink it cold, so I made it very cold ❄️❄️ When I opened the bottle, the aroma was not so strong, probably because it was chilled... When I put it in my mouth, I could feel the coldness and the richness of the flavor. And a good amount of spiciness... It's delicious, I can drink it easily 😆😆😆.

The one I went to a liquor store I don't usually go to after a baseball game and drank after I got home. It tastes like Aizan, but is closer to a classic. It is spicy with a little sweetness. It tastes hotter than when I tasted it. It is spicy even if the temperature is changed. I think it is hard to drink by itself. Comparison of nigori sake (Wakayama's favorite nigori sake) Following Minakata, Chokyu ✌️ This is the fire-brewed version of the nigori sake we drank in February. I buy every bottle of Chokyu I see that I have never had before 😆. The first thing that surprised me when I drank it was that there was no fizziness at all 😲. The aroma is somewhat almond-like, and it's cloudy with a lot of orioles, so it's like diluted almond milk. But it also has a sourness to it, so I felt a bit unbalanced 🤔. I prefer nigori sake with a fizzy taste 😄.

Nigori Sake (Japanese rice wine) First time drinking Chokyu's nigori 😊. I always buy Chokyu when I see the new label ✌. The ori is quite a bit more and has a strong fizzy feel to it. It has a lot of umami and a hint of sweetness that is typical of Chokyu, and yet it has a clean dryness that makes it a dangerous sake that you can drink with gusto 🤭. The impression is quite similar to Hirotogawa's nigori👍 It goes well with western food, and the omelette was a nice match 😋.

[Summer sake is also berry good😂] The most memorable brand I drank last year, super kyu🥰. Don't miss out on getting a bottle of summer raw sake that's also bright! This one is a bit different from the matured Omachi sake I had last year, and I have the impression that it swings in a very sweet and juicy direction. The aroma is tropical 🥭 and the flavor is perfect, with a long, sharp finish and a hint of bitterness. The umami flavor is firm, so it is easy to match with Japanese fried food 👍. Chokyu seems to have a different direction for each label, but each one has its own characteristics and they are all delicious and addictive 😍.

I bought it in a trial size because I had an image that it looked peculiar. It has a unique flavor that I've never experienced before😳 It's so good! I loved it the first time I opened the bottle😋.
