I was wondering what the same company that did Tenka and Shihu would do with the Meimon Shukai now that they've taken over the business? I was wondering what they were going to do with the prestigious sake associations, and then they released it 😊. Slightly effervescent, sweet and sour. Is it white malted rice? It's so acidic that I thought it was white malted rice. It also has a slightly dry atmosphere. It has a unique taste, but it is delicious. I wonder if the product for the Meimon Shukai that was sold before was Yuyamanishiki, but instead of using Yuyamanishiki, they used Gohyakumangoku to separate it from Honami.

Purchased in Tokushima City on the way back from a trip to Naruto and Awaji Island (Part 2). It was the first sake from the brewery. It is very good.

Yesterday was the first youth baseball coaches meeting in two weeks. A big senior coach bought us some sake from Tokushima, so we had it 🙇️. My first Tokushima sake ️️! It's a dry taste, but you can feel the sweetness too👍. It's well balanced and perfect for a midday drink😍. My senior coach lives in Shikoku for work now and can't come back every week but I asked him to bring me some good sake from Shikoku🤣.

The second bottle of Hohsui Shuzo purchased at the Hankyu Brewer's Festival was a hiyaoroshi 🐰✨ with a 60% polishing ratio of Bizen Omachi rice. It has a mellow mouthfeel and a full flavor that is typical of Omachi rice, and is delicious!

I bought it in a trial size because I had an image that it looked peculiar. It has a unique flavor that I've never experienced before😳 It's so good! I loved it the first time I opened the bottle😋. I wanted to keep it to enjoy the change in flavor, but it was gone in one night 🤪. I would buy this in a bigger bottle👍.

I'll take a small 300ml bottle of Mr. Tsuchida's new sake🙏. It has a fresh taste with the richness and sweetness that only Tsuchida can provide 😆 . The acidity is not so strong, but the flavor is mild and full, and I can't get enough of it...(******)=3 I learned about the appeal of low-fermentation sake from Macho and Tsuchida's Gunma sake ☺️. Comparison of nigori sake (Wakayama's favorite nigori sake) Following Minakata, Chokyu ✌️ This is the fire-brewed version of the nigori sake we drank in February. I buy every bottle of Chokyu I see that I have never had before 😆. The first thing that surprised me when I drank it was that there was no fizziness at all 😲. The aroma is somewhat almond-like, and it's cloudy with a lot of orioles, so it's like diluted almond milk. But it also has a sourness to it, so I felt a bit unbalanced 🤔. I prefer nigori sake with a fizzy taste 😄.

Nigori Sake (Japanese rice wine) First time drinking Chokyu's nigori 😊. I always buy Chokyu when I see the new label ✌. The ori is quite a bit more and has a strong fizzy feel to it. It has a lot of umami and a hint of sweetness that is typical of Chokyu, and yet it has a clean dryness that makes it a dangerous sake that you can drink with gusto 🤭. The impression is quite similar to Hirotogawa's nigori👍 It goes well with western food, and the omelette was a nice match 😋.

[Summer sake is also berry good😂] The most memorable brand I drank last year, super kyu🥰. Don't miss out on getting a bottle of summer raw sake that's also bright! This one is a bit different from the matured Omachi sake I had last year, and I have the impression that it swings in a very sweet and juicy direction. The aroma is tropical 🥭 and the flavor is perfect, with a long, sharp finish and a hint of bitterness. The umami flavor is firm, so it is easy to match with Japanese fried food 👍. Chokyu seems to have a different direction for each label, but each one has its own characteristics and they are all delicious and addictive 😍.

Tonight, our first series of this brand from Oshu City, Iwate Prefecture. Okuroku Junmai Ginjo-shu Namahashime Unite 2023BY✨. The aroma is a mild, almost odorless barb 🌿 The taste has a pleasant acidity and sweetness on the attack, with a nice, nourishing umami flavor. The second half is quite sharp with a pungent alcohol taste lingering in the back of the throat. It was very perfect as a food wine 😋😋😋😋.
