Rigel gave me this 🍶. When poured, it is quite a bright yellow color 🥃. It has a strong taste when served cold. The flavor is rather unique right after opening the bottle. I let it sit for a week and heated it up 👍. Especially good when heated ✨. Certainly a three-digit retail price for this 🤣.

This is the first bottle of Akita Shun Ginjo. I've never met this brewery before, but it's a good omen❗. The second day, the aroma of the nama-moto has receded into the background, and the taste becomes light and clean, but the nama-moto structure gives it a moderate depth, as if it is producing the flavor from a step back. This sake has become my 💓.

OSAKA SAKE & FOOD EXPO 2024 (2) Gindagawa, which I have had a cup of special honjozo or something before. Was Gintagawa sold in Niigata? I thought it was a classic type, but unlike the image on the label, the acidity was noticeable and it was a bit modern? It looks like it would go well with Western food 🍴.

Honjozo 🍶 JR East Kyun ♥ Pass one-day trip to Niigata 🚃. First, we took the Shinkansen to Niigata. Go to Aomi shopping center in Honmachi 🚌. Much darker. The sake 😅. Match with Cod Milt Tempura 👍. It is too strong by itself, but it becomes delicious when combined with snacks. #Hamamatsu# Nagura Sake Shop On the second day back to my parents' house, I first visited Kakegawa's 🍶. We went to a local liquor store and bought a bottle of spring limited edition sake. First time drinking this brand, we had it with my family 😁. I was told that it's good to drink it cold, so I made it very cold ❄️❄️ When I opened the bottle, the aroma was not so strong, probably because it was chilled... When I put it in my mouth, I could feel the coldness and the richness of the flavor. And a good amount of spiciness... It's delicious, I can drink it easily 😆😆😆.

The one I went to a liquor store I don't usually go to after a baseball game and drank after I got home. It tastes like Aizan, but is closer to a classic. It is spicy with a little sweetness. It tastes hotter than when I tasted it. It is spicy even if the temperature is changed. I think it is hard to drink by itself. Outside drinking. Ordered by the impact of the name. When poured, it smells moist and sweet. The taste is as expected (?). The sweetness is strong. When tasted, it has the flavor of rice. There is a slight astringency in the aftertaste. The mouthfeel is clean, with a watery sensation and a nice clean finish. There is a distinctive sweet aroma. It is a mellow, sweet sake, and you can sense the careful craftsmanship. Later I looked it up and found the word "Toyobai" 😳. I didn't realize it was so 😚.

It's also a jacket purchase. Something about the pink jacket and the name "Sakura-ame" attracted me 🎶. The aroma is strawberry🍓-like sweet and sour kind of gentle ❣️ The mouthfeel is smooth and easy to drink, with a mellow yet elegant sweet and sour taste 😆. The bitter taste is firm and cuts the sweetness 👍. Sundubu 🫕 and mini rice bowl set 😋. Deliciously spicy and tangy 😋! The lightly salty chicken rice bowl was also quite tasty 😊.
