October 2024 Dairy and Yeast Hornbill Report 2📝. I had a drink at the HYOGO SAKE EXPO, and without knowing it, I decided to have it here again 🍶. Nutty and sweet, but flows smoothly like Yamada Nishiki 💨. I looked at the label carefully and realized that it was a draft sake.

It is a gift from a friend. Thank you. It is a sake from Nada. It is very easy to drink and delicious, just like a Junmai Daiginjo! The mouthfeel is slightly mineral, and the fruity flavor comes through softly. It is soft and not too sweet, but it leaves a slightly tangy aftertaste that makes you want another sip! I usually drink mostly sake from the north, but sometimes I think that sake from the west is also delicious.

New Year's sake (2) - Women's tears When I went back to my parents' house, my father bought this sake. It seemed to be a recommendation from Aoki Shoten. With all due respect, I had never heard of this sake and it was unknown to me. When I opened the bottle, there was not much aroma. When you put it in your mouth, you can feel the sweetness and gradually start to feel the alcohol, and it ends up being dry. From the naming, you would expect it to be intensely dry. It is easy to drink. There are still many sake that I do not know about, and sake is very deep.

Fourth round of drinks with Go-ni-Go-san. Amanurin Tokubetsu Junmai Sake Limited Bottle Enclosure This is also my first time to drink Mie sake! I chose only sake from Tokai region😅. The rice used is Comet from Hokkaido. You can't ignore the sake made with Hokkaido rice, can you? It has a clear and refreshing taste typical of Comet. It's an Ibaraki sake bar, but they also sell a lot of small bottles 😆. So I bought a small bottle as a souvenir 🤣. I wanted to drink hot sake, so I chose this one that looks good for hot sake. This is Tsuki no I of Oarai ❗️ Yumbe Yokocho is the best place to drink, just stick the bottle in ❤️. I'll have it at 50°C 😋😋. Nice caramel color. And the aged aroma that smells powwow. It has a gentle, light, sweet mouthfeel and a moderate acidity. It has a gentle, light, sweet mouthfeel with just the right amount of acidity and a nice, sweet taste. I paired it with shime saba (mackerel) and it's great ☺️. The vinegariness that is unique to shime saba is refreshingly clean, yet the sweetness and umami of the sake is still there 😋. The sake rice is Gin-no-sato, developed by the National Institute of Agrobiological Sciences for western Japan. This is the third bottle of sake rice research. We were careful to open the bottle. Tonight, our first series of this brand from Oshu City, Iwate Prefecture. Okuroku Junmai Ginjo-shu Namahashime Unite 2023BY✨. The aroma is a mild, almost odorless barb 🌿 The taste has a pleasant acidity and sweetness on the attack, with a nice, nourishing umami flavor. The second half is quite sharp with a pungent alcohol taste lingering in the back of the throat. It was very perfect as a food wine 😋😋😋😋.

I bought this at AEON Liquor when I went to AEON Katsuragawa with a friend. I was looking for something unusual for the parking fee 😁. I've had Fudo before, but this is the first time I've had Niiyu. It has a honey-like aroma. The flavor is beautiful and gorgeous, but it's a bit too refreshing for an unfiltered, unpasteurized sake. I would like a little more umami... Good evening, first series here 💁 from Niiyu. Also known as Fudo Toi brand, this is a test brew of Niiyu's frog series 🐸🐸🐸🐸🐸 Rice is undisclosed🍶. As usual, from the aroma, there is a slight melon ginjo aroma, and the taste is like drinking sweet, fresh melon juice 🍈 There is not much acidity or fizz, so it has a fruit juice feel. Purchased at Vinos Yamazaki in Kyoto after buying Daina at a liquor store in Saiin After this, I went back to the liquor store on the 2nd floor of the Yaichi main building and to Takimoto - Isetan 😊. I really wanted the Vinos limited edition Isoboast, but the date was a year ago, so I avoided it💦. It's also February 24 😅. I thought about how to read "kunika", "kokka", etc... but when I looked it up, it's "kokkou". Reminds me of Cocco for my generation 🤔. Drink at room temperature. It's lightly colored. It's been almost a year, but there's no sense of aging. It has a classical flavor and a little lactic acidity, but it's still light and refreshing. I'd like to try some of their raw sake, though I didn't have any this time. Like Isobojiman, I think Shizuoka sake is a good choice for me 🤔. I was saddened to hear that this brewery is already out of business 😿.
