The other day, for the first time, I had the opportunity to attend an offline meeting at Sake-no-Wa ✨I could drink as much as I wanted, but it was amazing to see how much everyone could drink 😳.
I'm posting the only Rihachi I took note of😊.

My impressions won't help as they are drunken notes 😅.
I don't know the aroma, the hint of aroma is pineapple🍍. It had a beautiful mouthfeel, clear sweet flavor, and the acidity was slow. It was easy to drink and delicious 😊.

Hue=clear, odor is light and has a light rummy taste, not like a SAKE from San-in area, more like a Nagano type.

The sweet-odd taste is amplified by the burning Alc, which could be stronger still. The acidic stimulation is fast to fade, but the minerality keeps the approach to the tongue. There is a slight astringency or racy texture on the tongue.
Turning... 13/20
The sublimation smell, which has been rising before I knew it, is a common, unrefined pineapple-type ginjo smell; the flavor is diminished, so it should be compensated for by adjusting the output by caging or scorching.
Yui ... 14/20
The burning smell rises moderately at the end, and the lingering aftertaste is good.
COSPA ... 7/10
It is good for a gift since it is widely available.
It is not like a Sanin sake 🤣.

This is an up-and-coming, noteworthy brewery that I had noticed in dancyu. I found it at a liquor store in my destination and bought it.
It is a clear and beautiful sake. Slightly sweet and fresh with acidity and gas. The aroma is mild, banana fruity with a hint of rice. It does not disturb other flavors and is perfect as a food sake.
