The fourth night of the summer party started with our first brand and our first regional sake "Rihachi" 🍶.
I had heard that most of the San'in region's sakes are classics, so it took some courage to bring them to the party...
I thought that if everyone drank it together at the party... I got everyone involved and cleared it up for the first time 🆑.
The aroma is not that strong, but when I took a sip...what a ❗️ fruity 😍this is so good 😋!
I was somewhat surprised😱It was the exact opposite of what I expected...
I think it's not good to have preconceived notions 💦I was very sorry about this one 🤣.
The mouthfeel is clean, with a straightforward ginjo feel, but it doesn't end in a whimper, so it's easy to drink. It is easy to drink, but maybe a little bitter?
When poured into a glass, it has a slightly pale golden color🍶 with a beautiful transparency 😍 Its gorgeous and refreshing aroma, reminiscent of white peaches and green apples, spreads softly.
In the mouth, the soft umami and light acidity are in perfect harmony, and the aftertaste is clean, crisp, and pleasant. Served cold, it has a cool, refreshing taste that makes it perfect for this hot summer drink.
But still, it is too hot 🫠.
Juicy, puffy aroma and moderate sweetness, with almost no gas kan, the acidity cuts through the sweetness from the middle to the latter half of the bottle. Sparkling, summer sake image.
It's magic water.
It's the most cost effective water I've ever had (T_T) The price is buggy.
I'll buy it while it's still available at this price.
I recommend you drink it up right away.
