It's not a great deal in terms of price, but I look forward to it because it contains brands that I don't usually buy. This one has the sourness that is typical of a traditional sake brewery, but when you drink it lightly, it is refreshing, and as you continue to drink it, the sweetness comes slowly. As the day goes by, the sweetness will increase even more. The sharpness is not that great, but it is not overpowering either, making it a good all-around sake. The price is less than 1,000 yen without tax, but I️ think it's quite competent.

Following the last Hatsushibori, this one was also purchased at Icoma. The rice is Yumeko. It has a tight, gaseous feel. The sweetness and umami are felt in the middle of the bottle, but the second half is dry and the bitterness gives the impression of being sharp.
