It seems to be a limited distribution product from the same brewery as Bunkajin! It has a refreshing ramune like aroma, sweet and sour flavors, juicy and deep 😋.

Hmmm...it's +10 dry, but I feel the dry finish is very good. It's not too dry and spicy, but it's full of spiciness and delicious flavor. You can enjoy it. It reminds me of ears of rice under the blue sky of Shonai, a rice place.

Fruity for a moment. There is a momentary kick of sake, but then comes a very sweet, tightly packed flavor. There is no lingering sweetness, but there is a heavy aftertaste. Easy to drink

[Fukui Spring New Sake Festival 10] I'm on my 10th cup of sake 😁. I was looking for my favorite "Hakugakusen" and found that it was only available on the first day of the event, so I went here instead 🍶. Unnoi Junmai Ginjo Nama Genjyo. Banana-like aroma, gentle sweetness on the palate, and a lingering mild umami aftertaste. I have a connection with "Kumonoi" since I brought it to the Kansai Sake-no-Iwa offline meeting I attended last summer, and it is still delicious when I drink it again.

This bottle was given to me as a birthday gift last year. I've been accumulating a stock of sake, so I decided to drink it slowly. It's a rare opportunity to see a bottle of sake in a tobin enclosure! It makes my heart dance ✨. When you open the bottle and pour it, you can smell a slight ginjo aroma. It is almost scentless. The mouthfeel is very clean, but the soft, milky sake quality and subtle sweetness of the rice gradually covers the tongue! The spiciness and the strength of 16% alcohol can be felt in the latter half of the bottle, but the overall flavor is moderate. I think I have not had such a clear sake since I drank the highest quality sake of "Akagisan" (12,000 yen for 720ml)! It is as pure as a gentle breeze. It quietly accompanies you from the beginning to the end. The taste is the very embodiment of "elegance. It is a good bottle to drink by itself or to enjoy as a food wine! Enjoy it carefully over the course of the day👍.

Homecoming Series 13 Hitachi City, Ibaraki Prefecture is home to Shiina Sake Brewery's Fukushin. It is a pure Ibaraki local sake made from 100% Hitanishiki produced in the prefecture! The specs are a special junmai sake with a rice polishing ratio of 55%. While the aroma is subdued, the taste is a robust sake that hits the right notes of rice! The aroma has nuances of young melon and white bean flour, the acidity is not strong, and the taste is easy to drink with a medium attack and a slightly long finish. For my taste, it is my favorite type. It is too hot to warm up today, but I will add my comments on heated sake later.

Tomikushin's summer sake, which was absent last year due to lack of Miyamanishiki This year's resurrection is a special junmai, unfiltered, unpasteurized sake brewed with Hitanishiki Ogawa yeast instead of Miyamanishiki. Soft and gentle taste and aroma. It has a good ripeness and full-bodied flavor. It has a cocoa flavor that is somehow delicious! It is easy to drink and has no curdle. I heard that this year, they tried to use Ogawa yeast for the sake competition and missed out on a prize, but I hope they keep trying!

It is that time of year again! This year's Mr. Summer Time was a grand presentation event, inviting circus members to the Kanmei Sake Brewery for a mini-concert of sorts. I couldn't go, though. The aroma of this year's product is a little subdued. I like that mewashi aroma, though. The mouthfeel is strong and dark, and the harmony of umami and sweetness is wonderful! It is a departure from the low-alcohol, light summer sake style, and is more like a munchy, dirty summer night. Despite the strong flavor, the sharpness of the sake is very refreshing, so it is easy to drink. Of all the summer liquors, this one is my favorite. Thank you very much for your kindness!

A drink with Hoya, rejoicing in the daily medal rush! Hmm! Am I eating nothing but sea squirts every week? No, no, no, no. Summer in Sendai is all about morning hoya! Summer sake from my favorite brewery, Kanbai! I'll have to drink it! The Kamidachi aroma is a fruity ginjo aroma, but it's moist and calm, very nice! The aroma of Kanbai's sake is so nice! It is the top of my favorite. It has a fruity sweetness, a chasing acidity, and a pleasant aroma with a sweet, sour and bitter aroma. The bitterness and the faint acidity make it a perfect beer. A true adulterous love for adults! It's so good! Thank you for the meal!

This is the first time for me to drink Jukishin except for Yumachi. I was wondering what Nemuchi-san was drinking. It's almost the same as Nemuchi's review, but it's a bittersweet, melon-like, and bitter. It's not as sweet as I thought it would be, but it's delicious in its own way 😋.

Tokaido Sake Brewery Tour in Spring (3) The last one is Masterpiecea by Laughing Four Seasons. Masterpiece is a sake with the theme of technical study and a retrospective and return to classic ginjo, I tasted it at last year's sake brewery tour and enjoyed it so much that I left without buying it, which I regretted a lot 💧. This year, I was determined to bring it back! This year, I decided to bring it back! Masterpiece has A (Yamadanishiki) and Un (Watabune), and I decided to bring back A this time. I decided to bring A back this time. The color is slightly greenish. The nose has aromas of white peach, pear, melon, muscat-like fruit, lily-like white flowers, bay leaves, and white dumplings. The moment you take a sip, you will be surprised by the smooth, flowing, luscious taste. The fruity, floral aroma has a clear, gentle, full-bodied sweet flavor, and the sweetness is supported by an elongated acidity. The taste is a slow, lingering sweetness, with a greenish bitterness that mingles in the latter half of the taste. The complex sweetness and acidity flow together gracefully and cohesively, just like the name Masterpiece 💕💕. I am glad to have had a chance to taste it again! I'll have to go back next year for the Tokaido sake brewery tour in spring! I'll have to go again next year for the Tokaido Sake Brewery Tour in spring!

Rich aroma with strong acidity. It has a dry taste with a sourness and alcohol like a green plum wine with a little sweetness that is not fully ripe. Although the alcohol content is only 16%, it is quite strong. It is a bit harsh and you may get tired of drinking it. Production date: December 2023 Release date: December 15, 2023

I have always been curious about this sake. First, let's take a sip. Smells more like candy than fruit. Banana cake, lychee, yogurt, freshly baked pound cake, very ripe peaches. No sign of activity. Concentrated! Concentrated syrup. Tart on the tongue with a good sweetness, ripe fruit like pears, green apples, and some alcohol as when the fruit is quite ripe. Finishes with bitterness, acidity and sweetness and has a long finish. Good and amazing. Power. It's drinkable with a splash. Shake a few times to mix and drink. Rice, milky smell. The rice flavor, sweetness, and sourness of the rice spread out in a flash, and the doburoku, or doburoku, has a fruitiness that surrounds the main rice flavor, and the bitterness comes in and gives it a nice sharpness. The rice is almost completely melted, so it is smooth and refreshing. Delicious! A few days later, after shaking and mixing, it did not separate even after a few hours. The alcohol feeling gradually faded away, and when I drank it, I could feel the strong rice flavor spreading out, sweet and mellow, like a dessert. A delicious drink.

There are several alcoholic beverages that have been neglected for almost a year since I bought them, and this is one of them. Let's open the bottle to see what it tastes like! It's so easy to drink! Doburoku is generally considered to be a rather difficult liquor to drink because of its strong acidity and various other strong habits. But what is this doburoku! It's not so sweet or sour, just enough to give a gentle taste of the ingredients, and it's easy to drink! For those who like that habit, it may be quite insufficient. However, I like it this much better now. Other doburoku seems to take a little more getting used to. The rice mash is not that strong and has a mouthfeel similar to muddy sake. If I am wrong, it may even be easier to drink than the more habitual muddy sake... lol. Combined with the PET bottle container, it felt like Koiwai apple juice. Are my nose and tongue going crazy? I can feel the apple feeling somewhere. The packaging is probably a parody of the classic movie Leon. I found a funny one on Twitter, so I'll post it here.
