Sake from a brewery famous for Ryujinmaru. It has been a very long time since Kirakuri. After Shikishima, tkmts-san was drinking Ryujinmaru, and I wanted to try something of Takagaki-san's sake, so I chose Kirakuri. This time it was an unfiltered raw Nakadori. It has a caramelized taste with sweetness and a sense of maturity. It's just a coincidence that there is a succession of sakes with a sense of maturity, such as Washin, Shikishima, and Kirakuri.

My sister and her husband brought me a bottle of Okutanba as a celebratory sake. You can feel the sweetness of the rice in the beginning, but it changes to a dry taste in the middle to the end. This is a dry sake from Kamekichi🐢. It's a sake that is consumed almost exclusively in Aomori prefecture, especially in the Tsugaru region. I don't think chika-san drinks it... 😌. The first aroma is softly sweet. In the mouth, the sweetness is subdued, but the umami is well expressed and it has a beautiful dry taste typical of Aomori sake. Although it is dry, it has the same umami as the Tamadaru Junmai Namaisake from the same brewery that I drank in early spring 😊.
