The R1BY Yamahai has a mature aroma reminiscent of Furei.

The yeast-less nama-hashi has an alcohol content of 21.9 degrees Celsius!
The alcohol content was raised to 23 degrees, but it was watered down to the limit of what can be sold as sake.

While many of the sake on display are sweet and sour and fruity, this sake has a quality that sets it apart from the rest!
I strongly hope that this kind of brewery will remain.
I decided to buy a bottle and leave it at home.
A punchy nigori sake that does not lose any of its alcohol content when served on the rocks. It is both refreshing and drinkable, but may be dangerous when your body is fatigued from the summer heat.

The aroma has a hint of cemedine, the mouthfeel is slightly umami-driven with a sweet and sour sweetness, and the finish is clean with a touch of bitterness in the back of the throat.
When I first saw the name "Aoki Shuzo", I mistook it for the brewery of "Yukio", but it turns out there is a brewery of the same name in Aichi.
The high alcohol Yonemune has released a low alcohol version.
But even though it is low in alcohol, this mild flavor is very effective!

The sake is yellow and strong, just like its face.
Fully fermented is kind of scary. It has a rotten feeling. The alcohol content is 20.7 degrees, which is very aggressive. It's inexcusable, so I'm going to kill it.
Whenever I go to this store, I feel like I am recommended to drink Yonemune or Sogen. But they don't recommend XX Masamune, which has "Mune" in it.

It was served in a sake cup, so I wondered if it was heated. I thought it was heated, but it was probably served at room temperature.
It had a nice aroma.
