Its "milkiness" and easy-drinking, friendly sweetness go in smoothly. The sweetness is mixed with the graininess of the rice, and the flavor is expressed in an easy-to-drink way.
Heated sake is like hot juice for adults.
It's horse racing week starting this Saturday and Sunday.
It's like I'm drinking all the time at the racetrack and racing in between, so I don't really know what I'm doing anymore 😆.
I forgot to take a picture of the sake we drank.
Anyway, I introduced a place I've been going to recently that serves good snacks and drinks from 4:00 p.m., on the winner's dime.
The owner has a peculiar taste. This time there was an aged Yamahai sake, so I asked him to warm it up.
It was a nice color of yamabuki, as if it had been aged for 5 years. It was a delicious sake, with a gusto of rice flavor combined with the acidity of the Yamahai. It would have been better if the horse race had been better... 😅 See you next week!
Comparison of ORIGARAMI!
Yonemune is 70 polished rice at 21 degrees, dry with a strong rice flavor.
It is very characteristic.
Ruka is more refreshing, but Ruka is also very tasty!
