The second drink was at a local Tokyo restaurant, Kinshin. I had a drink at this restaurant before. Different specs, though. This one is delicious with food.
When I peeked into the restaurant, the counter was unusually empty. I took a chance and went through the gate, even though it was Monday. I leave it to him. The first sake is a Kinshin by Toshimaya, which also has a store in Kanda. The mouthfeel is sweet and delicious with a full-bodied flavor, but the acidity and bitterness make it refreshing and clean. The Hachitan-Nishiki has a strong acidity and a clean finish.
