Sweetness is quite moderate. Sourness and astringency are quite noticeable. It goes through the nose strongly and smoothly. Dry, with a strong sensation in the throat and stomach. The taste is not overpowered by strong flavors of food. Comes quickly and then hits you with a bang, just like a firework! I like it very much.

The aroma is subdued, but the flavor of the rice spreads and the taste is pleasantly gentle and mellow. Another delicious sake I have encountered.

Sake that I bought the label for! Beautiful cherry blossom label. Thankfully, I will display it on my shelf. The taste was not my favorite sake as it was full of ginjo and mwah 💦.

I bought this sake after visiting a sake brewery on a trip to Mie. The cherry blossom bottle is beautiful and makes you want to keep it even after drinking. Contrary to the gorgeous image of the bottle, the taste is umami and dry. It would be good warmed up.

The sixth sake in the series that I got at a sake brewery was this one by Ishikawa Shuzo, which I also got on a sake brewery tour in Mie 😀. Ishikawa Shuzo-san is right next door to Ito Shuzo-san, the brewer of the previously mentioned Hatsume-san. As soon as we passed through the big gate and were about to enter the brewery, a big guard dog barked at us and we had to run away 😅. While I was going around the big premises of the brewery and wondering what to do with Karin, the goddess of salvation drove up to us 😇. I explained the situation to her and she offered to go with us 🤣 We slipped past the scary dog and arrived safely at the Ishikawa Sake Brewery office. It seems that this goddess is from the tourism department of Mie Prefecture and was working with the sake brewery to promote Mie's sake 😀. Thanks to her, I was able to get this sake safely 😇. The moment I put it in my mouth, it had a very clear and beautiful impression and the aroma was very straightforward, but the moment it went down my throat, a strong taste spread out 😀. This is a delicious food sake 😇 It is a delicious food sake 😇 It left us with the impression that it is a sake that can support any meal, even for children 😀.

On my way back from Gifu the other day, while waiting for my bullet train in Nagoya, I went to the sake department of Takashimaya. I was looking at some sake from the Tokai area, and I saw a beautiful cherry blossom-patterned bottle! I was curious about it! I bought a bottle of something I'd never had before... and went home! Fukii Mie sake! A little sweet in the first sip? Is it strong? That was my first impression. But when you drink it, you will feel it is very refreshing. It's the kind of sake that goes down smoothly. On the second day I feel the sweetness of the rice has increased Delicious 😋.

Walking Tour of Sake Breweries 23 We stopped by Ishikawa Sake Brewery, just a few minutes walk from Ito Sake Brewery that we visited earlier 😀 A local father was kind enough to talk to us on the way to the brewery. A local father was kind enough to talk to us on the way and told us that there used to be four breweries in the area, but now there are only two 😇. This brewery had no sales office and they sold sake at the office, but we couldn't find the entrance at all and had to walk left and right 😅. Of course I couldn't taste the sake, but when I bought the Junmai Ginjo, they gave me a separate label for it😇.

I found it in the summer at an aeon near my parents' house and bought it. It is easy to drink. It has a rather koji aroma. When I paired it with yellowtail and sea bream sashimi, it was delicious with the fat of the yellowtail and the flavor of the sea bream. I like ginjo-shu, but I think this kind of junmai-shu is also good because it has its own character.

I'm sorry, but I guess I'm not a fan of this sake... I can't say for sure since this is all a matter of taste, but it's like a heated sake... full of alcohol. I bought the label for this sake, so I will display it well.

We compared them with Jikin and Saku! I love Jikin and Saku so much! The richness and umami are definitely delicious 🍶. The JYUI AKIAGARI was very dry and refreshing! It was the first time for me to compare the two. It's good to know the difference in taste 😳.
