Japanese hiya (firewood) It was unquestionably delicious at hiya. It was more than a noticeable umami, it was an unbeatable umami. I have no great sense of taste, but I simply felt it was a sake that could not be beaten. I will buy it if I find it on my way home.

Ishikawa Sake Brewery, Yokkaichi City, Mie Prefecture, Japan - Shiboritate Nama-shu This was a local sake from Yokkaichi that I saw at a famous sake shop in Mie Prefecture. It was a very sweet sake with a strong flavor. I like the taste.

Kyoto Takashimaya Sake Festival (2) Ishikawa Sake Brewery booth in Fukino, Mie Prefecture. The brewery is located in Yunoyama, Yokkaichi. Yasube and Orin visited the brewery before. Fukii Junmai The standard sake is this one. It is a gold medal winning sake from the "Delicious in a Wineglass" series. The water is super soft and soft on the palate. The taste is sweet and clear with a junmai-like acidity. ◉Fukii Junmai Ginjo An IWC award-winning silver sake. Fruity, this is also a soft and refreshing mid-meal sake. ◉Yamaiishi Junmai Ginjo Genshu Less acidic and soft than the Fukii, this sake is less punchy and less impressive than the Fukii. Fukii Junmai Daiginjo The taste is a little fruity and this one has a refreshing feeling. Overall, the impression is of a lot of refreshing. Fukii doesn't sell much in the Kansai region, with seasonal products only available at the Kyoto Takashimaya Department Store and at the Kintetsu Department Store in Osaka. They are just now expanding from their hometown, so I hope to see more of them in the future. It is about a 3-minute walk from Ito Sake Brewery, a neighbor of Denrei's.

Sweetness is quite moderate. Sourness and astringency are quite noticeable. It goes through the nose strongly and smoothly. Dry, with a strong sensation in the throat and stomach. The taste is not overpowered by strong flavors of food. Comes quickly and then hits you with a bang, just like a firework! I like it very much.

The aroma is subdued, but the flavor of the rice spreads and the taste is pleasantly gentle and mellow. Another delicious sake I have encountered.

I bought this sake after visiting a sake brewery on a trip to Mie. The cherry blossom bottle is beautiful and makes you want to keep it even after drinking. Contrary to the gorgeous image of the bottle, the taste is umami and dry. It would be good warmed up.

The sixth sake in the series that I got at a sake brewery was this one by Ishikawa Shuzo, which I also got on a sake brewery tour in Mie 😀. Ishikawa Shuzo-san is right next door to Ito Shuzo-san, the brewer of the previously mentioned Hatsume-san. As soon as we passed through the big gate and were about to enter the brewery, a big guard dog barked at us and we had to run away 😅. While I was going around the big premises of the brewery and wondering what to do with Karin, the goddess of salvation drove up to us 😇. I explained the situation to her and she offered to go with us 🤣 We slipped past the scary dog and arrived safely at the Ishikawa Sake Brewery office. It seems that this goddess is from the tourism department of Mie Prefecture and was working with the sake brewery to promote Mie's sake 😀. Thanks to her, I was able to get this sake safely 😇. The moment I put it in my mouth, it had a very clear and beautiful impression and the aroma was very straightforward, but the moment it went down my throat, a strong taste spread out 😀. This is a delicious food sake 😇 It is a delicious food sake 😇 It left us with the impression that it is a sake that can support any meal, even for children 😀.

On my way back from Gifu the other day, while waiting for my bullet train in Nagoya, I went to the sake department of Takashimaya. I was looking at some sake from the Tokai area, and I saw a beautiful cherry blossom-patterned bottle! I was curious about it! I bought a bottle of something I'd never had before... and went home! Fukii Mie sake! A little sweet in the first sip? Is it strong? That was my first impression. But when you drink it, you will feel it is very refreshing. It's the kind of sake that goes down smoothly. On the second day I feel the sweetness of the rice has increased Delicious 😋.

Walking Tour of Sake Breweries 23 We stopped by Ishikawa Sake Brewery, just a few minutes walk from Ito Sake Brewery that we visited earlier 😀 A local father was kind enough to talk to us on the way to the brewery. A local father was kind enough to talk to us on the way and told us that there used to be four breweries in the area, but now there are only two 😇. This brewery had no sales office and they sold sake at the office, but we couldn't find the entrance at all and had to walk left and right 😅. Of course I couldn't taste the sake, but when I bought the Junmai Ginjo, they gave me a separate label for it😇.
