There is no outstanding sweetness or spiciness, but a well-balanced taste. It's a good sake for eating. When I paired it with yuba and fried eggplant with sesame oil, I felt like I could drink as much as I wanted 😋. Good sake in the neighborhood too👍.

I saw the brewery's installment and even though I didn't know which brewer's sake it was, I pre-ordered it 🤣. Rafa papa has already written about the detailed taste, so I'll skip it, but anyway, it was a very round sake with no curd at all😇. I guess when you let it sit in the snow slowly, it becomes such a round and beautiful sake😇. It was delicious 😀.
