I was so excited that I bought a lot of things such as Ika-meshi (squid rice), Ichigen's shrimp shio ramen, Hori's walnut rice cake, and Hanabatake's karintou. Mitsurensei 15th Anniversary Special Sake 5 Years Aged Shiga Watabune Rokugou ✨ H29BY=2017BY and from 2022.7 when shipped, it's aged 5 years, but it's now aged 6 years with +1 year in our house😅. I'll try it as an after-dinner drink after dinner 🍶. It's colorless and clear when you pour it into the cup. The aroma is completely old and matured, with hints of dried grapes, brandy, chocolate, and cacao...it's just mellow. The taste is also bitter with bitter chocolate sweetness, followed by alcohol 😋.
