Personal preference among 4 types 4️⃣ I received a bottle of sake that has been stored at room temperature for a wacky long time... I tried to drink it but it was old sake ( ´-̥̥̥̥̥ω̥̥̥̥̥̥`) I got about 7 kinds of sake including Tasake and Jyushiyo... What a waste 😭😭😭 The sauce made with Tasake was delicious though 🥲.

Tonight, we continue our series of firsts with this one, named after the female toji known for her work at Tomikunaga. This sake is brewed with Hachitanishiki and Yamadanishiki. The freshness is alive and well, and the melon aroma (typical of Yamada Nishiki) is faintly felt at first, but then the sharp dryness and acidity overflow into the pineapple aroma (So_1F34D) without the sweetness of Hachitan Nishiki and continue until the finish. It's very refreshing and easy to drink 😋.

This sake is made mainly from glutinous rice and is treated as a liqueur because it contains mulberry leaves and cinnamon. My personal first impression was that it reminded me of Yomeishu, the sake that my father used to drink when I was a child and I was allowed to lick a drop of it. Today I am Beian Daikoku Anniversary😇. This sake is a project with Hata Sake Shop and the sake brewery 😀. I saw the brewery's installment and even though I didn't know which brewer's sake it was, I pre-ordered it 🤣. Rafa papa has already written about the detailed taste, so I'll skip it, but anyway, it was a very round sake with no curd at all😇. I guess when you let it sit in the snow slowly, it becomes such a round and beautiful sake😇. It was delicious 😀.
