Purchased at Hankyu Department Store's traveling SAKE. It has a gentle taste with a sweet flavor that comes in the latter half of the bottle. It has a spicy taste, but it also has a fresh fruitiness. I also tasted Omachi, but Yumesasara was definitely my favorite. On the third day, the impression of sweetness and acidity became stronger.

Tochigi sake featured in Hankyu Department Store's Traveling SAKE. After drinking Kiyokai nigori, it was getting crowded, so I left once and returned when it was empty. Last week I visited Dewano-Fuji at Hankyu Department Store, but I went to Umemoto Sake-ten in Nishinakajima because I thought I could find more variety at a special distributor. (Note that they have moved from the location shown on the map of Sake-no-wa, and they have a corner bar inside after 4:00 p.m.) I was a bit lost, so I asked the waitress and she let me try a sample. Melon-like fruity sweet taste. Slightly refreshing? It was delicious, but Junmai Arabashiri seemed rarer, so I bought that one 😊.

This is the sixth brewery in the Saku Sake Brewery series. Located in a historic town along the old Nakasendo road, this is a place I would like to visit again. The taste is very strong as it is called "mellow" sake. It is 18% alcohol by volume. It has a bitter taste on the tip of the tongue, followed by a sweet sake-like flavor. I heard that there is a way to enjoy it by aging it after buying it. Next time I'll let it mature a bit and try it with mizutaki in winter 😋.
