The taste is surprisingly less cloying than SAKAEMASU. There are not many rice varieties that have a cleaner sake quality than Gohyakumangoku. The sweetness is also relatively strong and full-bodied.

Our annual sake party 😁 today with three of us 🌸. My friend brought me this sake from Naito Brewery in Sobue, Aichi👍. It's very light and easy to drink. It has a dry throat, but not too much acidity, and you can taste the flavor😋. It's a great sake to drink with two great drinkers and it's easy to drink like water😝.

Last sake I bought last year as a Kumamoto souvenir. If I have a chance to visit Kumamoto again, I would like to visit Aso and Kikuchi area 😌.
