Today we had a little late lunch after visiting Yame, Setaka, and Yanagawa. While waiting for the eels to be steamed in the "seiro" in Yanagawa, we checked in at Kitaya in Yame, which we had visited in the morning. The third photo is the main building of Kitaya. Today, I went shopping at Naritasan Shinsho-ji Temple. And by the way? I thought I'd buy some sake. Chomei-sen! The name is good luck! I had no choice but to buy it. I thought, "I have no choice but to buy it! I want to cherish my good luck! I took it home and opened the bottle, thinking I would drink it as it was cold there. No blowout. First, the supernatant. I could feel some acidity. After that, I stirred it well, poured it into a glass, and drank it! It is sweet! As soon as you think that, it goes from dry to sharp. And then the four-pack was gone.

I thought it might be limited to direct sales, but I was able to buy it at a liquor store. If you go down the shopping street near Okamachi Station, you will find an old shopping center with a supermarket in it. This is a community-based liquor store that is housed in it. They carry a wide variety of sake brands such as Yukitsuru, Asakayousei, Katanozakura, Kaygetsu, Sakura Masamune, Ootsuru, Shiraoi, Haginoduro, Shikizakura, and others. They seemed to be putting a lot of effort into craft beer and wine. The rice is Gohyakumangoku and Koshibuki. The rice is lightly cloudy to the point of being orikara. Basically, it is spicy, but the entrance is clean, and it tastes good with a firm umami and acidity in the latter half.

Purchased at Takatsuki Hankyu. To be honest, they have a smaller selection of alcoholic beverages than Umeda Hankyu, but I think their lineup is more tasteful than Umeda. Umeda relies more on on-site sales. You can also buy Kuninonaga and Kiyotsuru at Takatsuki Hankyu. Grape and banana-like atmosphere. Not too sweet and spicy, but clear and beautiful. ☀️ I went to the Yamagata Sake Fair 🤗. It's raining unfortunately ☔️ Rain outdoors is a pain in the ass😅. First, let's start with Hanabayo. ◾️Hanabayo Clean, sweet, slightly bitter, but easily swallowed and tasty without any peculiarities. ◾️ Hanabayo Kinu Daiginjo Sweet and smooth on the tongue 😋. The sake seems to float fluffy on the tongue. It has a rich aroma and fills you up with just sake 😊. ◾️ Hanabayo Kinu Junmai Daiginjo This one is also sweet and smooth. The same fluffy tongue on the tongue. It has little fragrance, but there is a slight bitterness in the aftertaste and fullness in the flavor. I could tell the difference between Junmai and Alten 🤗. Both are worthy of a beautiful sake 🥰.
