I was just in the middle of opening the bottle when I arrived at the Shonosato booth, so I quickly lined up to drink it freshly opened 😁.
The rice polishing ratio is written on the bottle, so I guess it's a honjozo?
It's a bit sweet in the beginning, but spicy in the latter half. It seems to have a strong alky taste.
I thought I had never seen it before, but I think I used to drink it at the sake tour in Harukas 🤔.
Kita Series - Osaka Yamadanishiki Special Junmai Namaeshu
I've bought and drank this at a crazy salad hall last year.
It is made from Yamadanishiki produced in Hineno, Izumisano where the brewery is located.
It is as sweet and tasty as last year's, but I think it lacks the impact of the home brew. Maybe it's the temperature range?

It doesn't interfere with food, so I recommend it more as a food sake than on its own: ☝️
I don't buy a bottle unless I really like it, so it took me quite a while to finish it 😆.
Unlike the intense packet, the taste is gentle and delicious 😋.

I got it because it was sold as a local cup sake at the Amanohashidate souvenir store! Hooray for big dry sake!
It said it was recommended to be heated, but the aroma made me think "this is a delicious one" and I couldn't resist, so I had it 70% cold and 30% lukewarm.
The aroma was fruity, but when you put it in your mouth, you couldn't feel the aroma, it was crisp and the aftertaste was quite refreshing!
Both were delicious, but I should have had them warmed up a little more...!

It has a crisp throat, followed by a refreshing sweetness, and a refreshing yet strong aftertaste. The thin, muddy feel of the sake enhances the enjoyment of kurabiraki.
I was shopping in the store when another customer bought three bottles of this without hesitation. I asked the owner about it, and he told me it would be sold out soon. It has a sweet and sour muscat flavor. Alcohol 14 degrees. Delicious. It's just like Shinsei's Flax Cat.
