@sakebar Fukuzo Fire-brewed sake using Fukuoka Prefecture's original yeast called F44. Slightly sweet aroma of 🍍 on the nose. The palate is slightly sweet with a hint of 🍍. The aroma is as if it was made with hana-yosuyu in mind. However, the aroma is weak because it is fire-aged. The sweetness is also weak due to the weak aroma. I am a little curious to see how it would be like if it were a fresh sake. It was delicious ✨🍍.

A bottle given to me by my predecessor, who recently reached retirement age. He said it was a thank-you for the 3 kg of new rice he delivered every year during his tenure, which he called a "taste test. Rice has become sake! The nose has a fruity ginjo aroma, but the fragrance is subdued. The mouthfeel has a gentle, round sweetness and a satisfying umami. The fruity feeling that passes through the nose and the mild acid bitterness that comes at the end disappear slowly and gently. I had an image that Houyo was not my favorite, but this is good! I can say that when it comes to high-class wines, this one is genuinely tasty. Thank you very much for the sake!

It is said to be the oldest brewery in Miyagi Prefecture. Fresh and mellow. The acidity is strong. I wonder if it is better to let it sit for a while after opening it. As expected, sweetness appeared on the 3rd day. I wonder if Houyou tastes better on the third day 🤔.

The aroma is gorgeous, sweet and bitter. It is my favorite type of sake, but the sweetness becomes more pronounced at room temperature. It's not a sticky sweetness, but it's easier to drink when it's chilled! It's good to drink it after a meal👌.

Brewed by Yamazaki Limited Partnership in Nishio, Aichi Yamazaki Kozo Yume-Ginko DREAM Junmai Daiginjo Genshu I love it so much 😆 I got to know it through "Oku". Yamazaki Gosei. This time it's Yamazaki Kozo's Yumeginko DREAM! This is a Junmai Daiginjo Harazake. It's a very good sake 🍶, same trend as "Oku". It's a very good sake 😆. It also has a slight gassy feeling. It has a clear freshness 🩵 and a gentle sweetness 🩷. and gentle sweetness 🩷. It's the best sake 😆.

It was hot... in May... in Saitama Prefecture too. There were some extremely hot days 🤣. On the last day of GW, I went to a shopping mall on the way home from a movie with my wife. I went to a shopping mall to do some shopping. We wandered around Cardi's. Sake. Ice sake? I thought it would be good when it gets hotter. I tossed it in the back of the basket. I had it waiting in the freezer, but I didn't realize how quickly it would crisp up. It was hot, so I decided to finish it off with a dessert. Adult sherbet Naoshichi is a brand of citrus fruit from Kochi. It's good to have in the freezer from now on. ⭕️ The manufacturer is Kikusui Sake Brewery. No, it's from Kochi, so it's from here.

National Sake Fair 2025 in Osaka_60 Akita Prefecture booth ①. Takahashi Sake Brewery is located in Misato Town, Senboku County. Misato Nishiki was developed? ◉ Oku Shimizu Junmai Ginjo Misato Yukika Uses lavender yeast collected and cultivated from white lavender. It is light and easy to drink with a delicious acidity. The soft brewing water is from "Smile Shimizu" located on the premises, one of the Rokugo springs selected as one of the 100 best waters in Japan. There is also the Takahashi Shuzo Brewery of Horinoi in Iwate Prefecture, the Takahashi Shuzo Brewery of Tohokuizumi in Yamagata Prefecture, and the Takahashi Shuzo Brewery of Shochu Hakugaku, and the Takahashi Shuzo Brewery of Choryo was renamed to Aoi Shuzo.

Today, my family of three decided to definitely go ‼️ I had the delicious spicy chives soba🍜 and my partner had the black ramen🍜. My partner had the Black Ramen 🍜 and my daughter had the Aburan Chicken Set Meal 🍜. My daughter had the Aburinon Chicken Set Meal 🍚. It's a ramen shop with a wide variety of set meals 🎶. Mildly spicy and full of flavor ❣️ And plenty of chives 😁. The noodles are also my favorite watery and curly noodles. My family and I were very satisfied ( ¯﹀¯ ) I'm also interested in the "Mapo Ramen", so I'll go again.... I'll go there again....

It says Gotenzakura in small letters on the lower left corner of the front label, but I was told that it was a PB from a local liquor store. Sake made with LED dream yeast from Tokushima🍶. The aroma on the nose is gorgeous and fruity. When you put it in your mouth, you can taste the smooth sweetness and umami. It also has a fruity overtone. This sake has a good aroma. It was delicious 🍶✨.

Gotenzakura doburoku, which my father somehow bought on Amazon.com. I remember drinking (or eating?) doburoku like porridge last year, but I can't remember the brand. The rice used is Yamadanishiki from the Sato Plantation in Sosa City. It is said to be free of chemical fertilizers and synthetic agricultural chemicals. The sweetness is moderate. The acidity is citrusy with a crisp, bitter taste. Overall, it is a refreshing summer sake. It is well-balanced and can be drunk easily. The yeast seems to be different from last year's, and judging from the other reviews, it may be a different one. (It's also possible that my taste buds are wrong...) If that's the case, I look forward to it every year! This year's was my favorite type❣️.
