This Sake has a full mouth feel and some sweetness at the beginning. The flavor of this Sake is bigger than other Seitoku Sake but it still has good balance. Very good with big flavor foods like mapo tofu.

This Sake has an initial sweetness and a full mouth feel. There is a hint of cedar as the alcohol clears my pallet. Very good with big flavor foods like yakiniku. Seitoku has many Sake that I enjoy.

This Sake is light, refreshing and easy to drink. I am revisiting this Sake because it has been a while since I last drank it. I enjoy the mild flavors of apple and melon with a clean, short aftertaste. This is a refreshing and well balanced Sake.

The aroma is gorgeous, sweet and bitter. It is my favorite type of sake, but the sweetness becomes more pronounced at room temperature. It's not a sticky sweetness, but it's easier to drink when it's chilled! It's good to drink it after a meal👌.

A bottle given to me by my predecessor, who recently reached retirement age. He said it was a thank-you for the 3 kg of new rice he delivered every year during his tenure, which he called a "taste test. Rice has become sake! The nose has a fruity ginjo aroma, but the fragrance is subdued. The mouthfeel has a gentle, round sweetness and a satisfying umami. The fruity feeling that passes through the nose and the mild acid bitterness that comes at the end disappear slowly and gently. I had an image that Houyo was not my favorite, but this is good! I went to a shopping mall to do some shopping. We wandered around Cardi's. Sake. Ice sake?　I thought it would be good when it gets hotter. I tossed it in the back of the basket. I had it waiting in the freezer, but I didn't realize how quickly it would crisp up. It was hot, so I decided to finish it off with a dessert. Adult sherbet Naoshichi is a brand of citrus fruit from Kochi. It's good to have in the freezer from now on. ⭕️ The manufacturer is Kikusui Sake Brewery. No, it's from Kochi, so it's from here.

It says Gotenzakura in small letters on the lower left corner of the front label, but I was told that it was a PB from a local liquor store. Sake made with LED dream yeast from Tokushima🍶. The aroma on the nose is gorgeous and fruity. When you put it in your mouth, you can taste the smooth sweetness and umami. It also has a fruity overtone. This sake has a good aroma. It was delicious 🍶✨.

Saito Sake Brewery, a sake brewery in the city of Tokushima The classic storefront is intriguing. A brewery like this should have a bottle of Junmai I love the classic Showa-era label. The taste of Junmai rice is full but not cloying. fullness of Junmai rice, but not cloying. Just the right amount of saltiness. The sake went down smoothly at room temperature. It was gone before I knew it. It is a Junmai that is unadorned and goes along with your daily life, But it is a junmai that we are obsessed with.
