When I opened the bottle and poured it, it was moist and had a peachy aroma. The mouthfeel is smooth and smooth, just like the name "Sarari". It is just as moist and slightly sweet as the aroma, and tastes just like a peach! The slightly green and sour taste gives the taste a hint of Mac's pickles 🍔. This sake was a gift from a junior colleague (son of a liquor store owner). It has been a long time since I've had a classic, THE old man's dry sake. There is a sweetness of rice in the back, and it is refreshing. Not bad. After the sweet and juicy sake, we had a glass of So-no-Sato. Not bad. I've only been at work for a little while after the new year, but the three-day weekend is wearing on me. Sake heals me 😄.
