Now Igarashi Sake Brewery is complete 😝. It's not a draft sake, but it needs to be refrigerated, but it's delicious warmed up too ❓❓❓❓ but I can't drink heated sake on this hot day, so I'll drink it chilled to a crisp. ✌️ The aroma is mild but apple-like. My first time at Hanaizumi. And nigori sake! This season, there are a variety of nigori sake, which is very enjoyable. First, the top clear sake. It is moderately sour. After stirring it, it becomes more rounded. The texture is silky (is that the right word?). The glutinous rice is not perceived, though I like rice cakes. I like rice cakes, but I think it's dry. I want to eat Karami rice cake.
