The same mild aroma as the first sip, soft rice flavor and moderate sweetness spreads with a little acidity, and finishes quickly with a hint of bitterness and a little alcohol spiciness. Overall, it is refreshing and easy to drink. It is good for accompanying a meal, but it may be too smooth as a stand-alone sake. The taste may have changed since the one I bought from a brewery in Ehime this time last year came out of the fridge. It went well with spicy grilled minos and Umaibo shrimp mayonnaise flavor.

It is made with "Homare-Fuji" sake rice developed in Shizuoka Prefecture. It has a calm aroma and an elegant, gentle taste with a well-balanced flavor, and it tastes great on the finish!
