I've never seen this label before, and I'm a meek person who wants to try it when there's a catch that it's limited to restaurants. 🤣
It must have been a totally different sweetness from the 5 cups I had so far.
I'm trying to recall the details of the taste from my faint memory, but I think it had a good balance of umami and sourness, didn't it? 🤔.
But I was sure that it was delicious 😋😋.
I often order a brand that is new to me, but I've never been disappointed, probably because the owner has a good eye for things 😆👍.
