The third sake is "Sumiretsuyu Ibuki" from Eiko-Fuji, whose squidgy label has a big impact!
A very limited edition sake that is only shipped once a year. How intriguing!
You have to go very far to buy this one, so it's nice to be able to drink it outside 😆.
Eiko-Fuji is characterized by its gorgeous and juicy flavor, as all Eiko-Fuji sake is.
The sweetness and umami are both very intense and delicious 😋😋.
The sake rice is Miyamanishiki.
I guess Miyamanishiki is my favorite type of sake rice because I've never gone out of my comfort zone with it. 🤔
If you look closely, you will see the word "弍" on the back label.
I would love to try the "Ichi" 😁.
