Heiwa Doburoku prototype#1 Doburoku from a famous sake brewery in Kido It looks like milk, but it's doburoku, of course it is 😁. But when you sip it, the unrefined sake is in full bloom🌸. I love biting into this unrefined sake and feeling the delicious acidity of the rice in my mouth 😁. Sweet, tasty, bitter and sour! Oh, it was delicious ‼️. I knew that drinking sake with a group of like-minded people is special 👍. Why don't you join us and expand "Sake no Wa" 🤗.

(Sequel to the 4/29 petit off-line meeting) More to come 😄! Here is the 8th drink! It's Changzhou's New Wave! Junmai Ginjo Nigori Nama Sake It is also called "Aoten". It is said that the name comes from the color of the label on the back. Shimonoseki is proud of this beautiful sake, which has quickly risen to national popularity over the past year or two. Silky on the palate with a great balance of bitterness, umami, and acidity (I feel like I say this all the time 😅) The bitterness in particular is superb❗️. This bitterness and the fine sparkling feeling of the fine bubbles make the aftertaste short, clean, and light.... That's what I'm talking about👍

(6) Houraisen "Wa" Junmai Ginjyo Aged Nama Shu It reminds me of "Sora" which takeshon-san gave me as a souvenir from the 1st off-line meeting 😊. However, I am not sure if it is fresh or matured. From the taste, I am sure it is not fresh at least... I googled it and found out that it was kept in a tank as a fresh sake and matured for a year before shipping. This makes sense 👍. It's a limited edition, only shipped 3 times a year, so it's a rarity ❗️. It is a beautiful sake characterized by its mild sweetness and soft taste 🤗.

My eighth drink of the day is designed by Bishu! I had often seen it at my usual liquor store, but never picked it up, so I selected it. Maybe it's been a while since I've had a Snow Kayasha? 🤔 Maybe I'm being pulled in by the Bishu name, but I was pleasantly surprised by the clear, clear sweetness and crisp bitterness, and the stable taste 😋😋. I have another candidate for home drinking 😆👍

The first one is the Kakuraku, but the second one is the Miyazumi, which has a ⭐️5 (too much?) recommendation. The first one was a ⭐️5 (too much?) recommended Miyazumi, and I selected it for my 7th glass! The best thing is that it's a very good wine. I'm not sure if it's a good idea or not, but it's a good idea. It's really beautifully muddy 😆. The first sip is just as creamy and gentle as it looks. The sweet and bitter taste from the first sip is delicious! It's delicious 😋. I really like the taste of this one 😆. The ⭐️5 recommendation was not for nothing 👍

For my sixth drink, I selected a Kuroryu, which I have not had since "Icchorai". Speaking of Fukui, Kuroryu is the most popular beer in Japan, but surprisingly, I haven't bought it even if I see it. 💦. Now, how does it taste? Well, the sourness and bitterness are assertive, with a hint of sweetness! This is delicious! I've never tasted sweetness like this anywhere else, but it makes me feel good 😆. Fukui's famous sake was delicious! 👍

The fifth drink is also a first for us, Sakuyami. I feel like I'm missing out if I don't drink it when they are drinking it so deliciously! 🤣 It has a good balance of sweet and bitter flavors, and the more you savor it, the more the rice flavor comes out slowly and deliciously 😋😋. The fourth drink was a Hana-yosu, which I quickly took advantage of since Mr. Greissinger19 had just opened the sealed bottle 😆😆. The aroma is gorgeous, just like the opening of the sealed bottle... 😆. It's really delicious and full of pineapple in both aroma and taste 😋😋. This is the royal road to sweet and bitter juiciness. I want to drink it all the time 😋😋😋. I want to drink it all the time 🤤🤤. It's not too sweet, it's elegant sweetness, so you won't get tired of drinking it ☺️. The owner said "I got a match. I'm not going to open it today though 😁" so I'll have to go back!

The third glass is a Katsikoma, which is rarely seen in Kyushu♪ It is a high spec sake with a 50% rice polishing ratio, yet it is made as a junmai sake. I don't know how the sake breweries handle this. 💦. The image of Kachikoma made me imagine a strong bitterness, but it is delicious with a refreshing bitterness and moderate sweetness 😋😋. I knew 90ml was not enough! 😂. I want to drink it while savoring it more slowly 🤤🤤🤤🤤.

There was a ⭐️5 recommended Kamo Kanehide at Sake-no-wa, so I selected this one for my second drink. I had never seen it in the neighborhood, so it was nice to be able to try it out for a drink outside. The sweetness was pleasantly refreshing, and the bitterness was pleasantly bitter 😋😋. This is another one I would like to drink at home 😆.

(5) Gakki Masamune Nakadori It's a Honjozo (al-soze) but very fruity ❗️. It's not too much like a pear or melon, but it has an elegant sweetness and acidity that will make you fall in love with it 👍 It also has a nice throat feel with a little bit of gas. It's a good thing that it's so easy to drink 🤗.

Hi, this is my 4th drink! 4) Sakiyami Junmai Ginjyo Nao Kumi Usu Nigori Nama Shu This is my first Sakiyami 😊. The name of the brewery is Takamusume Shuzo (Nakanojo-machi, Gunma Prefecture) and the brand name is derived from Kihanasakuyahime, which is very romantic 😍. Because it is located along the Japan Romantic Highway ❓ There are several hot springs ♨️ and I would like to visit again Nakanojo, an amazing town that produced a prime minister (Keizo Obuchi) 😊. The aroma is gorgeous! The taste is gassy on the palate, but the delicate bitterness that leaves the nostrils at the end is delicious 👍!

"Hey, I think they just got in some Hana-Hanayo Origami. "Great! I want some! Wanna go?" The conversation led to a quick and easy decision to hold a petit offline meeting. Haruei Chichi, Glysinger19 and I had a sake discussion. The first sake we drank was this one! It's a Hana-yoso, which you can't buy in Fukuoka 😆. It's juicy with a sweet and bitter pineapple flavor... 😆 😆 😆 😆 😆 It was the last one in the bottle, so I guess it has been a while since I opened the seal. I thought the bitter taste was stronger than the last time I drank it. 🤔 But I didn't mind the bitterness at all, it was delicious 😋😋. Nice that you can drink various half sizes (90ml) at the counter 👍

We met up with MAJ before the restaurant opened at 18:00, and we were off to the sacred place of Sake ❗️. While we were looking at the menu, Mr. Grainger19 joined us on his way home from work! Thanks for your hard work 🎶. Well, let's start with this. The sake that inspired me to hold this off-line meeting after seeing the restaurant's FB page. 1) Hanahiyo-yoku Jun Daigin Unfiltered Nama Yamadanishiki The blue bottle of this top of the line HanayoYauke is so cool! Only this Yamadanishiki is polished up to 40% in Hanahyokyu! Just hearing that makes me so excited👍! First of all, the aroma is less pineapple 🍍 than I expected. It's a bit tame compared to Kameizumi Cell 24. The same goes for the taste. More of a classy pineapple🍍🍍 than a dayha🍍🍍🍍🍍. Syrupy sweetness and delicate acidity ❗️. And finally, the bitterness finishes off with a crisp mouthfeel ‼️. Yay, it's delicious 👍 Okay, let's go kino. Eech, nee, saan, piena🍍🍍🍍🍍🍍🍍🍍.
