The fourth glass is another everyone's favorite, Shinshu Kamerei Hitogokochi!
The first Shinshu Kamerei we drank was Hitogochochi summer jungin, and this is the fire-aged junmai version.
It doesn't matter that it's junmai, it's so juicy and delicious that it's worth drinking.
I thought the bitterness was a bit strong, but it's still very tasty 😋😋.
I always do, but it's too good to swallow. 😂
