As Chichi-san posted the other day, we went out for drinks to celebrate my sobriety!
We decided to have a few half-size drinks, so we went to the sake paradise "Tenkiya" in Nishijin.
We hit the counter as soon as it opened and went to the counter!
At the same time, we both gazed at the sake menu for tonight. 🤣 We were both very impressed by the variety of sake on the menu tonight.
After a quick look around, we selected everyone's favorite, "Kahayo".
The label looks a lot like Hachitan-Nishiki, but the Ginpu is white with a silver base. 🤔
I expected it, but the aroma and taste are both pineapple♪
But it closes with a proper assertion of bitterness as well, so it has a nice depth of flavor that I never get tired of drinking 😋😋.
The sesame mackerel and chicken tataki were also delicious and I have a feeling I'll be drinking a lot tonight 😁.
