We were attracted by a flier posted at a sake store that said "Reprinted" 🤗.
The sake brewery has moved to a new location, and they are now selling the reissued bottle after 2 years of absence.
The aroma is reminiscent of apple, and the taste is light, dry, and calm, but the combination of fine gas and acidity gives a refreshing impression.
When slightly warmed, it has a honey-like aroma and a gentle sweetness like cotton candy, and it also goes down the throat smoothly😚.

I compared it with Rokune Sapphire in a cold glass, and they had similar impressions, but Joppari was more mature in sweetness and gorgeousness, and the acidity and chirichiri were more prominent and refreshing 🤗.
