I was so excited. I was very nervous, but he said, "No, no, no... it's a very popular genre of sake, so it's still around. The aroma is softly banana, vanilla, and sweet floral. It also has a hint of cork, whey, raisins, and a lingering acidity and umami flavor that hits the throat. I felt some bitterness when it was cold, so I preferred it at room temperature. When warmed up, the roundness and richness are more pronounced 😚. Sake degree +7 Acidity 2.3
