Report on the August meeting of the SAKEWA Kansai Branch (8) 📝.
This is also my first Hokkaido sake, Kamikawa Taisetsu ❄️
The logo of this sake looked vaguely Hokkaido-like, and it was one of the brands that I had known about but had not tried.
The label is a complete change from the usual cool image, with pink cherry blossom petals dancing on the label, giving it a spring-like feel.
It is a little tangy, and slowly pulls away with a touch of sweetness.
The flavor was concentrated and quite to my liking, so this has become one of the brands I want to pursue in the future 💨.
Thanks to Ofuji-san for bringing us this rare specs, and thanks for the treat: ❗️

Hi Yoohee ✨
I know it's a little past the time of year, but I've decided to use the spring label💦.
I'm glad you're happy with it: ✌️

Ofuji Good morning ☀︎
I'm always a season late too, so it's ok lol.
After this, bouken-san told me where I could find a lot of Kamikawa Taisetsu, so I'm going to go buy some more 💡.
