Unnoi Ginjo Koshu Hinichishin
It has a golden color reminiscent of whisky, an aged aroma similar to soy sauce, a smooth mouthfeel with a caramel-like sweetness and a unique aged aroma, and a punchy burnt caramel aroma with a light aftertaste.
This one had been aged since 1993, and it tasted like it was about to wake up to old sake✨.
