［Fukui Spring New Sake Festival 10]
I'm on my 10th cup of sake 😁.
I was looking for my favorite "Hakugakusen" and found that it was only available on the first day of the event, so I went here instead 🍶.
Unnoi Junmai Ginjo Nama Genjyo.
Banana-like aroma, gentle sweetness on the palate, and a lingering mild umami aftertaste.
I have a connection with "Kumonoi" since I brought it to the Kansai Sake-no-Iwa offline meeting I attended last summer, and it is still delicious when I drink it again.

Report on the August meeting of the SAKEWA Kansai Chapter ⑦📝.
This was also the first time for me to try Kumonoi.
Speaking of Fukui sake, I love Bon, which is available in my neighborhood, but I had never had any other sake properly, so this was a good opportunity for me.
It is made from sake rice called Sakahomare, which I have not heard much about, and it is squeezed in a bag, so it is sure to be delicious in all the right places. ❗️
The rice flavor was well spread, with a slightly fruity aroma and a lingering aftertaste.
Thanks to Jive for bringing this from Fukui and showing me another new Fukui sake ✨.

Sweet and sour aroma
Very gentle on the palate, with sweetness, a slight sourness, and a light bitterness.
It is an easy-drinking sake with the sweetness of rice.
This sake brewery is one of my personal favorites because of the gentle impression they give.

We enjoyed it with Japanese steak.

One of the souvenirs I bought in Tsuruga.
Why do you read it? Fuku-no-i? No, it is called Kumonoi.
The color is very amber, but the aroma is more medicinal than alcoholic.
The mouthfeel is smooth and easy to drink, but it doesn't have a sharp taste.
The acidity is particularly noticeable.
The long-lasting sourness keeps the sake flowing 😚🍶💕.

100% Sakahomare produced in Fukui

This is my first sakahomare.
Sake with the flavor of rice by bag suspension.
It is a rare sake.
I am sorry that I cannot describe the taste well.
Jive-san, if I come across this sake again, I would like to savor it slowly.

Sake brought by Mr. Jive. He brought sake from his hometown, Fukui.
It was a completely new sake for me. I guess I'll have to go there to buy it or take this opportunity to drink it.
Unlike the image on the classical label, it was sweet, flavorful, and mellow. It lingered for a while after drinking.
I was happy to drink my first sake. Thank you very much 🙏.
The third one is an empty bottle taken by Aladdin. The diverse lineup is spectacular.
We arrived at the Tennoji Ekimae stop around 5pm.
I got the impression that everyone, including myself, was much drunker than usual.
After that, 7 of us headed to the after-party.
Later I wonder how I went to the second party when my memory of the first party is still a bit hazy 🤣.
I could go on a bit longer....

Gyve-san, who carried the heavy box all the way, is a strong man who rides his bicycle for long distances 💪.

The last 20 bottles are introduced here 🍶 which I brought myself.
The last 20 bottles were brought by us 🍶.
Fresh rice aroma, strong umami with a firm mouthfeel, sweetness for Sakahomare, and a bit of a lingering aftertaste 🤔.
I was thinking of bringing a different brand of sake, "Hanashoku" until just before the event, but when I explained the purpose of the event to the store where I went to buy the sake, I was told that there was a new sake rice from Fukui called "Sakahomare" that would be good for this event ✨.
I'm sorry for the sake that was so minor from the first time I joined the event, but I missed Kuroryu and Bon because they were too standard 😅.
All the sakes we drank at the party had their own character and they were all delicious 😋.
I was happy to be able to join the party for the first time this time, thank you so much to everyone who joined the party, Pon-chan for inviting me in the first place, and umaimai-san for all your hard work in preparing for the party 😁.
This is the marathon of off-line meeting completed ✨.
I'll post what I drank at the next meeting and what I drank before I left the next day as a reminder 😆.
