Unnoi Ginjo Koshu Hinichishin
It has a golden color reminiscent of whisky, an aged aroma similar to soy sauce, a smooth mouthfeel with a caramel-like sweetness and a unique aged aroma, and a punchy burnt caramel aroma with a light aftertaste.
This one had been aged since 1993, and it tasted like it was about to wake up to old sake✨.

［Fukui Spring New Sake Festival 10]
I'm on my 10th cup of sake 😁.
I was looking for my favorite "Hakugakusen" and found that it was only available on the first day of the event, so I went here instead 🍶.
Unnoi Junmai Ginjo Nama Genjyo.
Banana-like aroma, gentle sweetness on the palate, and a lingering mild umami aftertaste.
I have a connection with "Kumonoi" since I brought it to the Kansai Sake-no-Iwa offline meeting I attended last summer, and it is still delicious when I drink it again.

Report on the August meeting of the SAKEWA Kansai Chapter ⑦📝.
This was also the first time for me to try Kumonoi.
Speaking of Fukui sake, I love Bon, which is available in my neighborhood, but I had never had any other sake properly, so this was a good opportunity for me.
It is made from sake rice called Sakahomare, which I have not heard much about, and it is squeezed in a bag, so it is sure to be delicious in all the right places. ❗️
The rice flavor was well spread, with a slightly fruity aroma and a lingering aftertaste.
Thanks to Jive for bringing this from Fukui and showing me another new Fukui sake ✨.

Very gentle on the palate, with sweetness, a slight sourness, and a light bitterness.
It is an easy-drinking sake with the sweetness of rice.
This sake brewery is one of my personal favorites because of the gentle impression they give.

One of the souvenirs I bought in Tsuruga.
Why do you read it? Fuku-no-i? No, it is called Kumonoi.
The color is very amber, but the aroma is more medicinal than alcoholic.
The mouthfeel is smooth and easy to drink, but it doesn't have a sharp taste.
The acidity is particularly noticeable.
The long-lasting sourness keeps the sake flowing 😚🍶💕.

Jive-san brought this sake from Fukui.
100% Sakahomare produced in Fukui

Alcohol content: 16%.
This is my first sakahomare.
Sake with the flavor of rice by bag suspension.
It is a rare sake.
I am sorry that I cannot describe the taste well.
Jive-san, if I come across this sake again, I would like to savor it slowly.

Sake brought by Mr. Jive. He brought sake from his hometown, Fukui.
It was a completely new sake for me. I guess I'll have to go there to buy it or take this opportunity to drink it.
Unlike the image on the classical label, it was sweet, flavorful, and mellow. It lingered for a while after drinking.
I was happy to drink my first sake. Thank you very much 🙏.
The third one is an empty bottle taken by Aladdin. The diverse lineup is spectacular.
We arrived at the Tennoji Ekimae stop around 5pm.
I got the impression that everyone, including myself, was much drunker than usual.
After that, 7 of us headed to the after-party.
Later I wonder how I went to the second party when my memory of the first party is still a bit hazy 🤣.
I could go on a bit longer....
