Hats off to the balance of this sake. It doesn't have to go all the way to Junmai Daiginjo. If it's there, you have to drink it. It's great! Can I have another one? I felt like I had to have another one! I'm the kind of guy who can have another. Thank you, thank you, thank you.

This is a series of souvenirs from my trip to Nagano. Shinshu Kamerei is a good sake after all. This sake is a little tight. It has a nice aroma and disappears quickly. I can understand why it is so popular. The sake rice, Yamae-Nishiki and Hitogokochi, are wonderful.

There is a sake that you have never seen until the very last minute. It is a special junmai from Chiyotsuru. It is the first label I have ever seen, even though it is that classic label that is associated with Chiyotsuru. The mouthfeel is also refreshing with little acidity characteristic of Chiyotsuru. You can drink it as much as you want.

After the Narimasa, the next sake was Soyokaze Junmai by TAMAGAKU. Unlike the Tama-Asahi that I had the day before, this sake was made with water. I like this type better because it is more like a Toyama sake! Just like the name "Soyokaze," the wind blew down my throat. I am sure we won't see each other again this summer. Let's meet again next summer.

This is a summer sake from Narimasa, which we also received last summer. It is really water, and if you drink it chilled, it is natural water from the Alps. It refreshes my hot body.

Jay & Nobby, good evening 😆I don't know how long it's been since I've had a 200 CI, but there are still some sakes I haven't uploaded yet (I forgot to take pictures of the labels), which is frustrating 😓I especially recommend Shigaizumi and Takaten, both from Nagano. If you see them, please let me know.

Toyama Trip Last Supper We had this at the recommendation of the restaurant. The aroma is like melon even though it is apple yeast. The taste is clean but fresh. But the sourness came out later. It is delicious.

There is no doubt about what the label says. The sweetness, umami, and acidity resonate with each other. Let me say one thing. This is a white wine. LOL! I am sure that people from overseas will be surprised when they drink it.

It is a strong rice sweetness. The sweetness has a huge impact. And the other is the acidity. You could call it grape juice. A junior high school student could drink it by mistake. lol

The restaurant staff recommended this drink to us, saying that it is hard to find outside of Toyama. The store staff recommended this sake to me and I enjoyed it. It was a sake made by Wakakoma. Slightly sweet and tasty? No, not at all. Slightly sweet? A heavy aftertaste? The taste changes in the mouth. It is a strange sake, but it is normally delicious.

I was quite surprised when I tried this sake in Toyama this time. I checked it carefully and found that it is made by the Uozu Sake Brewery of the North Sea, and up until now, I had the impression that North Sea sake only goes well with fish, but this one is juicy without being overdone, a little sweet and sour, but still retaining the light and delicious flavor that is typical of Toyama sake. I thought this sake would be hard to find in the future. I drank it in Takaoka and again in Toyama to make sure.

Good evening, Kosuke 😃. Toyama sake 🍶 is going up a lot 🤗. I was especially interested in this one after reading your review 😋I guess many of them are only available in your hometown 🤔.

Good evening, Jay & Nobby. I'm reminded once again that I still love Toyama. I haven't seen the wave series of Honami yet in Kanagawa where I live! I was thinking especially of the yellow-green wave.

Clear, crisp, but soft. I wonder if it is similar to Phantom Waterfall. The taste of the water is fully expressed. You can go for this like mineral water on a hot day.

Chiyotsuru has a rather sour taste. but this one has a smooth finish with less acidity. The aroma, however, is more floral. However, the aroma is more floral. I forgot to take a picture of the bottle by itself.

We stayed in Takaoka because we wanted to drink Katsikoma. We had a very rare Kachikoma. My impression is that it tastes like this when you let it sit after the fall season. This is how it tastes. It has a calm and gentle taste and aroma. But it would be a shame to let it sit! I want to drink Katsuma more and more!

I learned that there are many Manjusen that I did not know about. Although the price is normally unaffordable, you can go to the brewery and drink all kinds of Manjusen for 1,000 yen for 15 minutes. I drank both the platinum raw sake and the hi-ire sake, and as the introduction says, it disappears without a hitch. The acidity is also excellent. But it disappears without a hitch. It is a mystery.

Jay & Nobby. Finally, today is the finale of this Nagano and Toyama trip. I'm starting to get into the blue, I don't want to go home. Yesterday we stayed in Takaoka. We had delicious food besides Katsukoma.

Transparent, clear. I wonder if this kind of expression fits her. I think it is an essential subject that you must drink when you come to Toyama. Uma-uma-uma!
