This is the sake that I guessed when I visited Matsumoto in February this year, It's a sake that I guessed when I went to Matsumoto in February this year. I was told it was too juicy... I am still impressed even after drinking it again!

It is not on the menu, but they recommended this one as well. The local Yama-san tasted wonderful. A blend of Yamae Nishiki and Hitogokochi blossoms. Full of grapes🎵 But not too sweet, pleasant, soft, and capped off with acidity... I can only sigh 😮‍💨. It was lovely.

The store owner recommended that we drink this when we come to Ueda. I drank it for the first time. It is like drinking high quality water. Good balance, a little citrus aroma, sweetness of rice. I am very impressed 🙇. Oh this is my favorite. Fear not, Ueda!
