Garyubai純米吟醸 2005年

I received this from the master at the Watarifune Gokenbai. Garyubai is also delicious...this is a 2005 bottle 😳 20 years old now!
The color is completely amber. The taste is...as expected, old sake lol 😆 It's so rounded and rounded that it's not even close to being "rounded off". It tastes like a top quality Shaoxing wine. It's just delicious, but I still think I prefer my sake fresh.
