The city is full of autumn-aged and hiyaoroshi sake, but it is still summer sake. ❗️ I went hunting for tropical fruit 🍈🍌🍍🍍. It felt like fruit juice, but with a refreshing sharpness. Sake is great even on a hot day 😆.

It's been a while since I've had a drink outside my hometown. This year we had our first orange sea (mouth opening) 😆. The summer trilogy (Kukai, Aokai, Hoshikai) and this Orange Sea is my favorite story😍! So, I will have it. Yes I love ‼️ 😘 It has a citrusy sweet acidity to the pithy schwarz. It comes in with a soft mouthfeel and has a nice bitter aftertaste. I still love orange sea. I have to go buy some for home...should I buy 2 or 3? I'm torn between buying 2 or 3?

My favorite sake😍Toyobai, which I chose to open today. I was too impressed with the sake I had before. ❤️ I'm going to have a saké now. The fresh apple flavor, the coolness, and the sharpness of the sake. The word "one and only" comes to mind. And the sense of loss of having opened the bottle. It's still very special among Toyobai. Personally, I think it is better than Rainbow 🌈. I can't wait to see this sake again.

Recently, Haneya has been drinking at a variety of places. I asked him if he would like to try something he had never had before, and he said, "This is it. When I was told that my favorite Sanjoraku had a direct Yamahai Junmai kumi (pure rice), I grabbed the bottle and asked for it. It has a banana-like aroma, then rice🌾 flavor, sweetness, and finally acidity, a triple whammy of flavors. Oh how I love this 😍 It's seasonal, so maybe next year we'll see it again.

Akebono was so good that we had to go here as well. Unlike the Junmai I mentioned earlier, this one has a green apple🍏 aroma. And while it has a refreshing throat feeling, it is juicy. Yes👍this one is even more delicious😋I'm glad I had it!

First of all, I had to settle on a sake... and I chose DATE SEVEN Urakasumi style😆 Nagano and Toyama because I'm going to soak ♨️ in it from now on. I'm going to have a drink now. It's a Junmai Daiginjo, but not at all sweet, but with a nice sweetness and acidity 😍It's a good type that goes down easy but doesn't make you tired of drinking it. Today is the first Toyama sake 🍶 in a while. This is Turtle No. 1🐢 from Manjusen. This sake is brewed in a large jar and has twice the amount of koji as usual. Let's enjoy it. The bottle is slightly carbonated. The rice flavor is overwhelming, but it is fruity. The second half is a melon🍈 feeling. The bitter taste is followed by a crisp finish. This is a mellow, umami, dry sake. It is a round yet beautiful sake. If I were to use an analogy, it would be a sake like a pearl. It is not a modern sake, but it is a good sake that is very drinkable, but you will not get tired of drinking it. Let's go on another trip to Toyama!
