This is my first time to try this sake. I'm sure Masamune hunters know about it, but I still haven't learned enough about it. As the label says, the sweetness and acidity blend well together, yes, this is indeed ayu (sweetfish)! Ayu is sweet, but salty and delicious 😋I don't know if the name or the image comes first, but it is 👍ayu!

What would you recommend to go with the recommended dishes? The answer is when I asked the general. The fierce 💪 that comes with the taste of rice is here! However, it seems to be fresh due to the freshness of the rice... but the flavor of the rice is coming over me... The fried sand prawns (gas prawns) go very well with the rice. Yes, this is a new form of shrimp tendon (not tempura) ❤️

I didn't expect to be able to drink it in Kanagawa Prefecture, where I couldn't even drink it in Yamagata Prefecture...I should drink it in my hometown! But since I couldn't drink it even in Yamagata, it's a good thing. Now, the first taste... It has a fresh aroma like freshly pressed sake, and a slightly sweet and fresh mouthfeel. While it is clear, the umami of the rice spreads slowly and fades away with a sharp aftertaste. It has a sense of stability that blends easily into the meal, and is a true masterpiece. Well, I must visit Yamagata again. ❗️

On these hot days🥵, I feel like drinking something like this! Maybe it's the low alcohol content, or maybe it's the clean water, or maybe it's the micro-foaming, or maybe it's the fact that it's nigori but it's still refreshing to drink. But it also has a nice silky mouthfeel. The pleasant acidity is also nice.

It's been a long time since I've had a drink outside... We had this on the master's recommendation. He said the finish of this one is good. Let's have it. This is delicious! I had an image of it being sweet, but it goes in rather smoothly. It is refreshing. And it's pichi shuwa. In the middle, there is a pleasant sweetness of the rice, and then it softly disappears. I'll buy this one when I see it and drink it at home!

The master said he had never had Uraotoko, so I brought it in from our fridge and we drank it together. Although it is labeled "super spicy," it is not hot. It has a slight apple taste, but it's basically my favorite super-hot water💦 type that is refreshing and crisp. I served it to other customers and shared the taste with them. After all, sharing delicious food with others makes everyone happy. I wish I could go back to Aomori again!

I received Toyobai-san, which is in my Hall of Fame. I bought it as a souvenir on a trip to Hirosaki in March this year. It's delicious❗️ and the way the sweetness is so soft and yet it disappears like water is the best 😆 Recently, the trend is for pizzazz and juiciness, but I love the way it doesn't interfere with the meal. I know it says to serve it as soon as possible, but I can't seem to open it because it's such a waste. Even though it wasn't a special occasion, I did open it.

Drinking outside today for the first time in a while! Thankfully, this restaurant serves sake on its own. I choose a sake I've never had 🍶 and the master will serve it until I tell him I've never had it ❗️. Then, I will have it. This is! Is it grapefruit juice? No, it's sake. You can drink as much as you want. ‼️ There is a saying that there is no hassle in Nagano sake, but this is a foul sake, not like sogape. Thank you for the sake.

Actually, my parents live in Chiba, so on the last day at my parents' house, I had Katsuma, Yamasan, Shinshu Kamerei, Shimehari Tsuru, Tokachi, and Matsuo Jiman, a Chiba sake, which was the only one I had left. My mother seemed to like Matsuo boast as well.

It was the second day of drinking at my parents' house and my mother said she wanted to eat yakitori today! I bought a bottle of sake because they didn't have a four-pack 💸💸💸💸. But I'm so glad I chose it! Aizan's unique sweetness and umami, and a nice acidity. It's so pichiswa. I could drink this all the time 😍Yamasan, you're a bad guy!
