Today's Hatsusen Taste Comparison It has been getting colder recently, so we started with hiyaoroshi. We also opened a bottle of Hachisen Orange. Let's have some! Even though it is hiyaoroshi, it is very refreshing. I can feel the fruitiness, but it's good because I like watery sake😍. But the greatness of this sake came after the temperature went up a bit. I was drinking it in a glass of Suwa Gokura, which has a great aroma, but the intense muscat aroma, and the refreshing feeling after drinking it, is a wonderful feeling of delicious mouthwatering acidity. 😍😍 This year's Yasen hiyaoroshi is enjoyed at temperature.

This year's green is different from last year's, but I discovered that the taste is different at different temperatures.

I just opened a bottle of Daishinshu that I received from a friend. Thank you so much for giving me the thing even if it is a warehouse only 🌟😊. I don't know the specs so I'm looking forward to seeing what it tastes like. I will enjoy it. It has an apple-like aroma in the mouth, a little sweet and sour, and then the umami of the rice 🌾. It also has a bitterness to it. After that, it disappears like water. I love this kind of well-balanced sake with a sense of water. I can drink it all the time without disturbing the food. Thank you 🙏.

We have just opened one of the three bottles of Orange Sea that we purchased this year 🤗. Sweet and juicy like a ripe fruit on the palate! And a spicy, slightly sparkling 🌟. And after this drinkability, there is a pleasant bitterness! This bitterness is the proof of its deliciousness, not just its sweetness! I'm glad I bought so many bottles this year!

The world is drinking Hiyayogoshi in the autumn season. It's great that Japan has four seasons. But today, we are going to adjust and tune to neutrality. That's why we are drinking Tasake. It's been a while since I've had it. It has a slight fruity flavor from the spiciness of the rice, but it is also full of the umami of the rice, which is typical of tasyu, and a slight bitterness that makes it go down smoothly. This rice flavor is so sweet. Not as sweet as the recent sweet-umami juicy ones, but still this basic form is too um🐎y!

This is Izakaya Shinkansen, going to Nagaoka. I will visit you in my favorite Hakusen Green. Let's have it. It has a melon-like mouthfeel, then bitterness, and then it finishes gently. I think the bitterness is a little stronger than last year. It's good in its own way, but I think last year's was better for me. I think the bitterness is stronger when served with strong flavored food.

HinaHanaMama, I was surprised 🫢 I saw it at Hasegawa in Tokyo station before taking the bullet train and bought it by accident 🍶 It was definitely better than last year's 😓 I had some left over and drank it in my hotel room at night and the bitterness subsided.

It's been a while since I've had a drink outside my hometown. This year we had our first orange sea (mouth opening) 😆. The summer trilogy (Kukai, Aokai, Hoshikai) and this Orange Sea is my favorite story😍! So, I will have it. Yes I love ‼️ 😘 It has a citrusy sweet acidity to the pithy schwarz. It comes in with a soft mouthfeel and has a nice bitter aftertaste. I still love orange sea. I have to go buy some for home...should I buy 2 or 3? I'm torn between buying 2 or 3?

My favorite sake😍Toyobai, which I chose to open today. I was too impressed with the sake I had before. ❤️ I'm going to have a saké now. The fresh apple flavor, the coolness, and the sharpness of the sake. The word "one and only" comes to mind. And the sense of loss of having opened the bottle. It's still very special among Toyobai. Personally, I think it is better than Rainbow 🌈. I can't wait to see this sake again.

It's too hot to go straight home and drink outside. I have to take water and salt or I will get heat stroke🥵🤭. We also get beer and the first drink is black beef🐃. I like the cool, watery feeling of the sake, but I also like this kind of sake that is well-balanced while still having a sake-like feel 😍.

There was cream cheese🧀 in the entrée, so I asked for it. It is Tamahokusan. Unlike the white wine feeling like Echoes, this one is sweet and fresh. It is the type that disappears softly at the end. Oh happiness 😀.

Recently, Haneya has been drinking at a variety of places. I asked him if he would like to try something he had never had before, and he said, "This is it. I asked him if he had anything he hadn't had before, and he gave me this one. I'm shocked that I forgot to take a picture of the label (🏷️). It was a low alcohol, limited edition for this time of year. The aroma is fresh grapefruit! Delicious from start to finish... I also like how the sweetness disappears nicely instead of lingering. Haneya tastes better in a wine glass. I am sure.

When I was told that my favorite Sanjoraku had a direct Yamahai Junmai kumi (pure rice), I grabbed the bottle and asked for it. It has a banana-like aroma, then rice🌾 flavor, sweetness, and finally acidity, a triple whammy of flavors. Oh how I love this 😍 It's seasonal, so maybe next year we'll see it again.

Akebono was so good that we had to go here as well. Unlike the Junmai I mentioned earlier, this one has a green apple🍏 aroma. And while it has a refreshing throat feeling, it is juicy. Yes👍this one is even more delicious😋I'm glad I had it!

To be honest, Akebono was a sake that I did not have such a good image of. I thought it was a classic sake 🍶 that goes well with so-called hot sake. But... This Akebono has a soft and gentle aroma, a mild rice flavor that spreads gradually, and a good acidity that is well-balanced despite its simple taste. The lingering aftertaste is relaxing. It is delicious.

Today's last is Before Dawn. The Junmai (Junmai is a Japanese rice wine made on a dare) is very cool. Let's have it. When you put it in your mouth, you can feel the clear depth of Yamada-Nishiki🌾. It has a mellow mouthfeel and a light aroma that passes through to the nose, but the aftertaste is clean and dry. I like "Before Dawn" to begin with. I fell in love with it again. 😍😍
