My personal favorite brand of sake from Ibaraki!
A great bottle of Omachi without the added water of "Short-stalked Watabune", which is a revived version of a representative sake rice from the Meiji and Taisho Eras!
It has a fresh, melon-like fruitiness and a mild, yet moist and elegant flavor.
I personally thought it was a wonderful junmai ginjo sake with the clarity of a white wine!
It also feels a bit wine-like.
It is sweet and full of flavor.
I like the passionate story of how they revived the almost extinct sake rice and made it.
lukewarm rice
Good and sweet!
Suddenly juicy and juicy like a fresh sake.
Sinkable juiciness and
The freshness and richness of nama-zake,
It's got a certain hook.
I didn't realize that this is the second bottle of this sake this year!

Fresh and rather guttural, this is also a sake with a dry taste.
The aftertaste is not very long, but it leaves the impression that it is smoothly drained away while leaving a bitter and cloying taste.
Delicious!
