I hate it when Ryu shows me all the sake he wants to drink 😆. HITOGOKICHI / Polishing 60 Gentle and nice aroma like Muscat 🍇. Soft and delicious flavor from the moment it enters the mouth. Well balanced and beautiful 😋. I want to bring it home: ‼️ The other day, I met Tomo-san at the after-party of an off-line meeting and he remembered me and said, "The person who came with me knows a lot about Japanese sake. and gave us a notice of the opening of Yamama. ☺️ I don't remember what we talked about😂. Fruity, refreshing, Nabeshima after all! Light with a firm umami. I had a hard time deciding between this and Gakki for the sake tasting, but the Moon series never disappoints 💯💯💯💯😋.

Sometimes local sake 🐢. Sake made with a 60% polished rice Full sweet flavor with a spicy aftertaste. I think it's getting tastier every year 😋 with less sakeiness than before: ‼️ Melting white liver with sauce✨Delicious! Finally got to meet Kavalan at the takoyaki bar next door to Chiki Chiki that you introduced me to 🧡🥭. I hope both Okinawa and Taiwan have less damage from the typhoon: 🏝️

🌌✨ 🌾Asahi rice (rice rice) and Yamada/polished 77 We also hung up the No.7 yeast and released it on Tanabata 🎋. Packed in a short period of time, labeled, and shipped to distributors nationwide before the release date. It is mind-boggling. The label is made of a material like Japanese paper. The tasuki, which is reminiscent of tanzaku (paper strips), is also stylish🪽. The standing aroma is like a melon picking. The nose immediately after opening the bottle is like lemonade 🍋. Refreshing acidity and soft sweetness. Fresh! You can drink it in large gulps! After a few days, it tastes like muskmelon. A little astringent when chilled in the snow Delicious when heated 😋. Thank you for the food... Thank you for your always delicious sake♪ Thanks for the sake connection! The last off-line meeting, Jikin Asahi rice, was also delicious with stable Jikin aroma 😋.

At the 1st Kumamoto Off-line meeting, we asked everyone what they would like to drink 👂 One of the 2 brands that honda-san wanted to try 💫. honda-san's mouth is still agape! ❤️ Yamadanishiki (special grade Yamada Nishiki) (new rice produced in Tojo, Tokushu A) Mild ginkoku (aroma of gin) After drinking sweet Kinjaku, it feels light and dry. 😂 I imagined it would have a classical taste, but it has a beautiful rice flavor and is not grain-like, so I wanted to pair it with croquettes. I would like to pair it with croquettes 😋. My favorite sake of the day 😋. I was happy to hear that kapiyot will be bringing it to you ☺️ Thank you 🙏✨

The 3rd Kumamoto Off-line meeting @RIKI At the 1st Kumamoto Off-line meeting, we asked everyone what sake they would like to try 👂 One of the 2 brands that honda wanted to try 💫. I brought my own, but it was a gift 😅🙏💦. The texture is fine, soft and light. Fruity, sweetness-driven, well-balanced and beautiful. Five tastes that come together refreshingly. Fruity to the finish. A chun-chun to be enjoyed alone with a ceramic wine cup for a precious time. The letter inside the wine lists "grilled albacore, grilled conger eel with salt, Chinese dish of eight treasures, cream puffs," etc. as dishes that go well with this wine. Honda's happy face 😆 made us happy too✌️ glad we could share it with you all☺️

The 3rd Kumamoto Off-line meeting @RIKI The rarest empty sake of the year! Brought by TOMO! Thank you for begging me to bring it and even more for letting me bring it home 🙏✨. I prefer the fire-roasted one because of its freshness, which makes the gasiness and bitterness stand out 😢←←. When I drink it at home, the standing aroma is a tingling solvent smell like cemedine. As time goes by, it has fruity overtones like peach and pear and umami 🍑. The texture is light compared to the fire-aged version, but the umami and lingering aftertaste are firm! It did not go well with fried chicken. Delicious with sweet and spicy spare ribs and eel 😋. According to the liquor store, the empty bottle tastes even better, so I am looking forward to comparing it with the Yongo bottle 🥰!

The 3rd Kumamoto Off-line Meeting Tomo-san, the honorary organizer every time! Thank you very much for all your support. There were 5 members: Mr. kapiyot, Mr. tomo, Mr. and Mrs. honda, and myself. Each of us brought our own sake and the other drinks from the restaurant, for a total of 11 kinds! The toast was made by Mr. and Mrs. honda 🌾Sando ga oath 🙋🏻‍♂️ The label is a lucky tamamushi color 🌈! The opening of the bottle was entrusted to Mr. kapiyot, a master of Kaze no Mori... Where is the crown? And then I thought, "Nice catch! The Golden Grab Award for kapiyot was 🤟🏆. And the Golden Glass Award goes to....TOMO! LOL! I can't tell the difference between the taste and the Sanndo Yamadanishiki 2022. Spark🧨 both in the glass and off. Sweet taste of rice with strong gasiness and pear nectar like texture 😋 honda, thank you for the nice toast 🙏✨. And thank you also for the souvenir cedar Masu 🙏 ❤️ It was even better to drink shochu here and say 'yokane~' without thinking 🤤💕! I'm so relieved that Tomo-san is taking care of everything from organizing the event to reviewing the drinks. ☺️Thanks 🙏!

Juice recommended by liquor store🍹. Akita Sake Komachi / Polishing 55 brewer's yeast Fresh aroma like muscat Hints of white peach 🍑 like a fruity aroma! Slightly sweet, no gasiness, but very refreshing with a fresh citrus acidity. The bitterness is moderate, fruity and light, very tasty with summer vegetables wrapped in pork belly 😋. It was delicious on the rocks and did not fall apart after a sweaty BBQ 👌. It was a goldfish 🥲, not the same 🐢 as Pon! Very tasty goldfish ❣️ All the series are unfiltered raw sake, I would like to try the other 🍌🍑🐢🦜 as well! 🤤🤤.

I was wondering about the warehouse 🤟 Yeast 1001/polished 60 Yeast 1001/Heated clear and colorless Mild muskmelon-like standing aroma Texture is smooth but tears in the glass. Slightly tangy in the first sip after opening the bottle Slight acidity and a slight astringency with a firm sweetness and umami. Well-balanced with a moderate aftertaste. When it reaches room temperature, the astringent taste is a bit strong. I like it when it is cooled by snow. Next time, if I have a chance, I would like to have it with broiled eel 🤤. I would also like to try No. 9 or 901 yeast!

🍊 Yamadanishiki/polished 65 Mild chenpi-like standing aroma Smooth texture Sourness by gasiness Like orange juice Lingering citrus sweetness and bitterness, similar to that of late citrus. The umami flavor comes out more fully a few days after opening the bottle. Junmai (pure rice) but the body is not too fat, so it is easy to match with meals. How this baby came to my house: ✍️ My aunt bought me sake for my birthday! She went to the brewery and called me on the videoconference to get a bottle of sake for my birthday, and I chose this one. I didn't know that I had to go to Fukuda Sake Brewery further away from the brewery after the first visit to Hiran, but I was caught by surprise! I was just after taking a bath 🙈and the situation was relayed 📡........ Mr. Fukuda's clerk! I'm very, very sorry about that 🙇🙇‍♀️🙇 And thank you for everything, aunt 😊.

Sake in Fushimi after a long time Polished 50 Soothing aroma like freshly cooked rice cake! Texture is already too gentle for Kyoto sake ❣️ Modest but elegant sweetness and umami! It's like eating Kalkan! I would not say "obanzai", but rather "gut it" with a garlic-marinated red meat steak! Enjoy the rest in an air-conditioned room! Eikun is very tasty at room temperature.

Super super refreshing light sake Comet (produced in Hokkaido) / Polishing 60 Soft water from Mt. It is like drinking water, maybe even water. LOL! Sake-like feeling as the temperature range rises. A few days after opening the bottle, it becomes slightly sweeter and more umami. At best, it is an acceptable food sake 😋. Sharp impression like a man's sake though it is said to be soft water The acidity does not seem to be high, but it does not go wrong with Western food. Otaru's only sake brewery The main store of 📷Tanaka Sake Brewery Otaru is a retro town with reinforced concrete buildings built in the early Showa period. The building is instantly recognizable as a sake brewery.

Hokkaido Trip✈️ loot Comet 🌾 (Hokkaido) / Polished 60 Uresh aroma with a mild scent of gin Refreshing texture with a sense of minerality The five flavors are compactly combined. It is a light and refreshing sake with good flavor and sharpness. On its own, it lacks interest, but it's a perfect match for seafood 🎋. I like Niseko's use of comets: ❤️ Pic.3 is at Triangle Market near Otaru station. Oysters are 🦪drinks (I agree) Scallops are dessert🤔. Inside Sun Mall Ichibangai, Otaru City Purchased from liquor merchant Takano's (corner shop available)

Hachitan No. 35 (Hachitan No. 10 x Shuho) / Polished 60 No yeast added Nitrate-reducing bacteria, lactic acid bacteria, and yeast from the brewery Mild, but with an upfront aroma of cemedine and pears Soft and fluffy texture Silky umami spreads with fruity aroma, refreshing like breakfast apple yogurt! This nice lingering finish Gentle, soft and beautiful A mellow, umami-mouth food sake that will be empty in no time! This is a quintessential Hiroshima sake 🍶. Top 10 in 2023👍! 🐰Our first sake rice 🐰 🌾Manthai (rice rice) / Polishing 70 Hazy wandering color Aroma: a top note of pineapple🍍 and cemedine. Sweet and sour, juicy, full and voluptuous but with a pale and delicious aftertaste 😋. Personally, I find it a bit sweet and heavy, so take your time before and after your meal 👍 Thanks for the gift ⚓️🙏 Ni-Rabbit is still Omachi 🐇.

For the record only At a bar where I often go for a glass of wine Reizan with chopstick rest It has a full flavor with a sense of lactic acidity. but the aftertaste is as refreshing as the prairie of Aso. Reizan is the only dish that is served at this restaurant. I meet a middle-aged man who says he is going to start a bar that handles my favorite whisky ❣️😭 Too happy to talk to him from Kavalan. Bubbles that could be mistaken for carbonated water Aroma: Fresh fragrance like a mild Japanese pear Texture is light and smooth. The clear sweet umami and the slight bitterness and acidity balance each other out so that you don't get tired of drinking it. On this day, I had promised my niece to have a spring roll party 🥳. My brother's homemade braised beef and crustaceans went well together 😋🍶 with the crustaceans we were able to procure at Josaien. My brother and his wife tasted the rest of the bottle, which was emptied in no time - it was too easy to drink, probably due to the gasiness! I preferred Miyamanishiki to Yamae Nishiki. I would like to try Kinmon-nishiki and Hitogochi! 🤤
