Compared to Shinshu Kamerei, it has a slightly thicker texture. The mouthfeel is lighter than expected. Simple sweet flavor and deep richness. Spicy aftertaste with a hint of bitterness When I read the back label, I think of IKKO: ☝️ ...delicious without thinking too deeply 😋. Chicken breast pounded and seasoned with garlic + maxima Delicious with fried chicken coated with potato starch and egg white. Delicious with a spicy aftertaste! 😋 A fragrant food wine with zero discomfort. Delicious with natural horse mackerel in sesame soy sauce from the bar Le Seller! The acidity of the wine makes it perfect with tempura and aurora sauce 🤤. The following is a record of all the dishes in order of preference. Ugo no tsuki (I've never seen hiragana before) 　Sharp sweetness 　Prune juice with a strong scent of gin 　Full-bodied but refreshing 4) Black label from Akahoshi 🍺. 　Gin-omi/polished 50 　Laughing Four Seasons has a soft texture 　Dry lactobacillus drink with a yogurt feel 　Once again I want to enjoy it on its own😋. 4) Kozaemon 　🌾Hidahomare/Polished 70 　Grapefruit juice and notes📝. 千鳥足The standard silver label was so good that I will not regret it if I die tomorrow! Gagakuyo festival every day 🏮. Mild muscat aroma on the nose. The overt aroma is that of green apples nibbled on in a field of rushes. When served cold, it is characterized by clear sweetness and acidity. The rice flavor and lingering aftertaste are very handsome. I don't feel much gas, but there are bubbles on the inner wall of the glass 🫧. The sweetness and umami become even more pronounced at room temperature. We enjoyed it with soba inari (buckwheat noodles). I think it is hard to match with light snacks with only one ingredient. It was delicious, but I prefer the standard silver label.

千鳥足The longed-for GAGAKUDAI! From basic silver Slightly gassy The top is blackcurrant and floral jasmine. The nose has hints of juicy herbaceous green apples. Served cold, it is light and crisp, but not too thin-bodied, so you don't feel shortchanged. The umami spreads with the aroma, and there is a slight bitterness and astringency on the finish. It is served with a cup of soup stocked with tomatoes and cucumbers, which are always on hand. Not so good with potato salad. It would also be delicious with horse mackerel meuniere 🤤, I thought as I drank the whole bottle with spare ribs in hollowed-out meat. At room temperature, it is like a sponge! According to Mr. Kato, the master brewer, it was created in the image of Ms. Chiaki Kuriyama in the movie "Kill Bill"... 🤔. The only thing that comes to mind when I think of Chiaki Kuriyama is "Ryugi no Ryugi" 🍺✨.

千鳥足Jun Dai series in small bottles at my first liquor store! I was in the mood for an unusually sweet sake, so I went for a sake from Ishikawa! The aroma smells like an energy drink like Lipovitan D! It was drier than I expected! It has a light but tasty flavor with acidity. I sipped it while eating sesame tofu! It was not at all what I wanted to drink that day, but it was delicious!

千鳥足On the way to Cape Kamui on the Shakotan Peninsula, I saw a sign for sake that caught my eye. When I see a sign for sake, I have to stop by. Sake made from Hokkaido-grown rice, polished to 70 The sweet and umami taste disappears smoothly as if it contained green apple juice, and the sharp acidity has a bitter grain return aroma. At room temperature, astringency also appears. It is a dry version of Yoichi's Shield🍾 and goes well with meat and potatoes made with oyster sauce. Purchased at Seicomart in Bikuni Unfortunately, it was raining at our destination, Cape Kamui, but if it had been sunny, we might have been able to see the beautiful Shakotan blue! As with Shiretoko, be careful of the triangular waves here: ⚠️

千鳥足First time in Hokkaido ⭐︎ Returned to the hotel after a stopover at Escondido Field and finally opened a bottle of sake that we purchased at the airport😇. The aroma is mild. The aroma is mild and the mouthfeel is refreshing, probably because it is a honjozo! We had walked a lot since early in the morning, so it's a nice light sake that goes down your throat 🍶😋😋. I want to enjoy it with white fatty sashimi! It somehow goes well with grilled salmon cheese, the No. 2 most popular delicacy at Gyoren 😋 No. 1 is salmon toba soft. The next day, we visited Asahiyama Zoo, where we had a delicious beer on a summer's day 🍺 We finished off the meal with Asahikawa ramen next to the main gate, which had a rich, cloudy, white, soy sauce-based soup with medium-thick, watered-down noodles. Thanks to the can of Animaru, I was able to enjoy it from the day before!

The aroma is sweet like amazake (sweet sake). The texture is softer than a can of Animaru. Mellow and delicious flavor! Delicious with zangi! First time to Escon, we were lucky enough to watch the Yakult game 🍻🍻🍻🍻🍻🍻🍻. Watching the fox dance live 🦊 Is it cute 🦊 ❤️ There is also a sake shop inside the stadium. Masao Sake Aroma The aroma of Masao is said to be more pleasant! The Omachi-like flavor seems to come out well. It has a slightly tangy and mischievous flavor, and the slight acidity clamps it down. I would like to pair it with chewy sashimi. Michio aroma is gorgeous! Aroma of Yui Yui! Delicious apple-like aroma. Slightly silky and soft flavor. Compared to Masao, the taste has a sweetness and minerality. I would like to drink it forever with walnuts, dried apples, and chestnuts. Thanks for the encounter at Morohaku🙏✨

Comet / Polishing 50 Fruity aroma, sweet and refreshing! This one is also delicious ❗️ It is said to be handmade in the traditional way, but it seems to have a modern feel due to the toji's youth. It seems to be easy to match with everyday meals. The next day, I visited Tanaka Sake Brewery and was told that among the three types of rice suitable for sake brewing in Hokkaido, Comet has the lowest protein content. Comet is also my favorite 🥰.

千鳥足⬜︎I Miyamanishiki/polished 59 Soft texture as if aged in a jar. I thought it would have a heavy taste, but after feeling the umami of rice, it is crisp and delicious 😋. It also has a kind of lactic acid-like feeling like a sake yeast yeast yeast yeast and yamahai 🤔. Thank you for the sake brought by Ike Oji from Nagano who was sitting next to us at Kamada 😋!

千鳥足First Sanzenzakura ❣️ A brand rarely seen in Kyushu KITASHIZUKU / Polishing 55 Gorgeous aroma Sweet and fruity 😋. Beautiful, well-balanced and delicious ❗️ I couldn't drink enough sake, so I went back to the bar. Kamada" only sells Hokkaido's local sake. There are specialty whiskies, kelp shochu and milk shochu, and the staff and regulars are very unique 😂🩷. It's a fun place!

千鳥足Limited edition directly managed by the brewery 🍶. Kitashizuku Mild ginjo aroma The taste is more subdued than we had imagined. Fruity aroma with a sweet flavor of Kitashizuku. I should have ordered 300ml. I was curious about this one since Sana D. also had it 🦁Thanks for the information 😊. Hatsu Chitose Tsuru is easy to pair with meals and is a delicious two way street of Hokkaido food and sake: ❤️

千鳥足No CI for Sakewa, although the brand name is registered. Takasago at the Saga Balloon Fiesta🎈 last year It has a sweet taste like squeezed sugarcane and a spiciness from alcohol, and goes well with the festival's famous curry 😋. Pic.3 A luxurious temporary station that only appears during events. Pic.4 Sake barrels from last month's visit to the Saga Sake Museum Takasago is now a commissioned brewer. 千鳥足Takasago 2/3 Yamadanishiki/polished 45 Fresh peach and pear on the nose. Slightly gassy immediately after opening the bottle. Elegant sweetness and beautiful mouthfeel 😻 Good balance of umami and acidity. I can't help but drink too much 🍶. I want to drink it every day. ‼️ It goes well with chawanmushi (steamed egg custard) after a meal 🩷. I don't know if they wanted me to open it yet, but the hard crown didn't budge, so I asked them to open it with pliers and a bottle opener, and finally it opened ‼︎ Tusk is the same as Jishin 🎽.

千鳥足Oyak🍶 Polished 45 Mild scent of gin Deep richness with a sweetness like Wasanbon Powerful rich umami! It would be delicious with stewed dishes 😋. While I was having my nails done at the nail salon, the woman in charge of my nails told me that "if you want to drink sake, there were coin-operated sake vending machines and cups at the food stall village. I went there as soon as I got home from the salon and found that there were indeed coin-operated servers, but they were all selling Kuma shochu. The vending machines were also... yes. Shochu and sake are treated the same, right? LOL! Disappointed, I went out to the back alley to eat tapioca and go home.
