Slightly sweet, no gasiness, but very refreshing with a fresh citrus acidity.
The bitterness is moderate, fruity and light, very tasty with summer vegetables wrapped in pork belly 😋.
It was delicious on the rocks and did not fall apart after a sweaty BBQ 👌.
