The aroma is fruity, full of flavor and richness, yet light and refreshing. It is also light.

Light Nigori 🤔It's rude to call it unexpected, but this is a delicious sake with a solid core for a summer sake❣️.
Mild ginjo aroma, light touch, zingy spiciness in the middle and good aftertaste 😋😋.

It's a little too assertive for a yakitori sake, but I've never found it. I thought it would be a good idea to drink three glasses of this sake, as it is a sake that I rarely encounter.

A different category of food sake from my favorites Tanaka Rokugo and Hakurakusei.
It's almost like a brandy... a much drier red wine?
Mellow mouthfeel, shallow polish, but the miscellaneous taste only lingers a little afterwards and has a nice sharpness from the time lag.
Not for yakitori or sushi🤔.
I wonder what would go well with it?
I think I would enjoy it more if it was heated 😊.

I had a glass of Hakurakusei ogara-mi the other day, and it was great in a meal or on its own👍️It was really good 😋️.
I'm also interested in the regular ones, so I'd like to try them sometime soon ❗
