Brought by TOMO! Thank you for begging me to bring it and even more for letting me bring it home 🙏✨.
I prefer the fire-roasted one because of its freshness, which makes the gasiness and bitterness stand out 😢←←.
When I drink it at home, the standing aroma is a tingling solvent smell like cemedine.
As time goes by, it has fruity overtones like peach and pear and umami 🍑.
The texture is light compared to the fire-aged version, but the umami and lingering aftertaste are firm!
It did not go well with fried chicken.
Delicious with sweet and spicy spare ribs and eel 😋.
According to the liquor store, the empty bottle tastes even better, so I am looking forward to comparing it with the Yongo bottle 🥰!
