Since I came all the way to Kumamoto🧸, I bought a bottle of Hana no Kaoru!
We don't have many cherry blossoms in Taiwan, but let's drink them while they are in season 😆.
Not a strong aroma, but just a gentle fragrance.
Light and crisp taste
Clear 🤓.
Refreshing acidity and moderate sweetness
Umami, but not too assertive
It was a very beautiful sake!
The last photo is a small cherry blossom 🌸🌸 we met on the street last month.

I think Taiwan's national liquor is Kaoliang liquor from Kinmen!
It is distilled liquor.
It has a strong flavor, so I recommend drinking it cold.

Texture is smooth but tears in the glass.
Slightly tangy in the first sip after opening the bottle
Slight acidity and a slight astringency with a firm sweetness and umami.
Well-balanced with a moderate aftertaste.
When it reaches room temperature, the astringent taste is a bit strong.
I like it when it is cooled by snow.
Next time, if I have a chance, I would like to have it with broiled eel 🤤.
I would also like to try No. 9 or 901 yeast!

It goes well with chawanmushi (steamed egg custard) after a meal 🩷.
I don't know if they wanted me to open it yet, but the hard crown didn't budge, so I asked them to open it with pliers and a bottle opener, and finally it opened ‼︎ Tusk is the same as Jishin 🎽.
