Mild ginjo aroma Fresh gasiness Full-bodied, and insanely refreshing! It is delicious! We had a bite of eel and a gulp of Akirika! It also goes well with tempura! Inaho-san's steamed egg custard was also delicious with sea bream, eel, and jidori chicken. The chawanmushi with sea bream, eel, and jidori chicken was more suitable for the next dish I had.
