Kami no Ho / Polishing 60
Kami no Ho was not my favorite sake rice, but it was very tasty because it was already finished.
The soft, gentle sweetness and umami flavor with a melt-in-your-mouth texture, probably due to Mr. Hayakawa's brewing water. It is like eating cotton candy.
Just as I was about to clean up, my friend's family 👪 barged in. Thanks to them, I'm happy to put away the sake in the fridge. ☺️ Thanks 🙏.
