My sister and I finally got a day off and had lunch for the first time in 6 months😋🍶❤️
We went to Issa Kenritsu, which just opened near the Hotel Castle in Kumamoto.
I quenched my thirst with an adult barley tea and chose a pre-dinner Shinsei that my sister, who prefers champagne and wine, could also drink! Once again kp🥂✨The reaction was not great...
The wine is round and refreshing, with a deliciously well-balanced acidity! 😋
The citrusy and refreshing bitter acidity was delicious with the fatty Amakusa shime saba mackerel and tofu paste with seasonal vegetables 😋.
