It's a Gohyakumangoku, but it has a full flavor and is moderately dry 😋. My sister said it was better than the first cup. The natural sea bream from Amakusa with a lot of fat was also very tasty 👍The red sea urchin also from Amakusa was very tasty and sweet without any chemical taste thanks to its freshness and technique! The sukiyaki-style rice with vegetables and the Suizenji greens as garnish were also very tasty 😊.
