Leaving the new sake festival, we went to the second restaurant. The second party was at a soba restaurant on the restaurant floor of Amu Plaza Kumamoto, adjacent to the station. This soba restaurant has a great selection of sake 😁. The price is... no way 🤣. The second drink was Shashaemon I had this sake at this restaurant before, but I couldn't remember what it tasted like, so I ordered it. The moment I put it in my mouth, the gorgeous aroma spreads and sweetness, sourness, umami, and spiciness all come at once 😳. This feeling is like no other 😁. You can enjoy this on its own or as a food sake 🥰.

It has a dry sharpness, but it also has a fruity and sweet flavor! Delicious with pike conger eel with vinegared miso, sashimi of kanpachi, local octopus, and fried summer vegetables 😋. On its own, I personally find the astringent taste too strong. We were supposed to tour 4 prefectures in Shikoku during Obon vacation, but our plans changed suddenly 😭I'm glad we could drink Shikoku sake: ☺️ Thanks for the info, Gula-san♪

It's been a long time since I've had a Shashaemon. It is still my favorite taste! However, the acidity is stronger than usual in this one. The mouthfeel is clean and fruity. The aftertaste is dry and sharp.

Although the restaurant's menu had it separated by the sukkiri classification, I could taste the flavor of rice well. I could taste the fruity sweetness or the sweetness of rice, but not sweet, hmmm, Japanese is difficult. The elegant sweetness of the rice was very good.

Yesterday, my wife declared a big cleaning day, so I spent the whole day cleaning 🧹. I was tired, so I picked up my son from his part-time job and had dinner at a soba noodle restaurant in Amu Plaza Kumamoto. They had sake, so I looked at the menu and found a brand I'd never had before. I don't know how to read it, but I ordered it anyway. I don't know how to read it, but I ordered it anyway. I saw that MAJ and Gura have reviewed it before 😄. It came poured, so I couldn't see the stylish bottle 😢. The taste is delicious sweetness 😋 but not fruitiness. The aftertaste is clean and tastes more like a classic sake. I enjoyed it with a bowl of Katsu-don (pork cutlet served on top of rice) 😁.

tomo, please excuse my comment. It's called "Shareemon". It is a limited edition sake from a liquor store in Fukuoka. It is brewed by Tosa Shiragiku, so the taste is similar. I like it a lot. And I use the bottle as a vase.

I was going to buy it when I found it at the liquor store, since it was reviewed by Greissinger19 the other day. I asked about the two different colors of the bottles and found out that the blue bottle was a limited time only draft sake! I got it before it was gone 😁. I opened the bottle on Monday, the first day of work, because I had a rest day on Sunday, the day after the offline meeting. 😅😅 The refreshing aroma lured me in and I took a sip. The slight sweetness and soft lemony acidity match beautifully and are delicious 😋😋. I like the first day's fresh taste, but the taste after a few days is more like a white wine 😆👍. It was a "Bokushareemondesu" that never goes out of style after all ♪

After the green bottle (Jun Gin) and the black bottle (Hiyaoroshi), the next one is the clear bottle Sharakuemon Raw, which is suitable for new sake. In the refrigerator, I say, "Hello. Hello, I'm Shaareemon. I can't help but take them when I see them lined up! As always, there are so many different bow tie labels to choose from, it's hard to choose just one 😊. The aroma is crisp and fresh, like a green apple. There is no gassy or tingling sensation, and the sweet and bitter jewels spread out 😋. The sweetness is not overpowering, and the bitterness is gentle, but when you roll it slowly, you can taste the flavor along with the acidity! Finally, it finishes with the bitterness returning! 😆 😆 This time, it was still a delicious Shakuganemon.
