Summer drinking is not over! Yamazan⛰️⛰️⛰️ A blend of Hitogochiki and Yamane Nishiki✨. Not quite the refreshing summer sake, It's not the refreshing summer sake, but I think Hitogochi's clean, gentle sweetness and Yamae Nishiki's sweet umami combine nicely 😋. I'm not sure if I'm lying or not😇 Anyway, it's good because it's delicious 🤣👍👍

Kudamitsu! Since I finished my long term job in Mie safely and stopped going to liquor stores in Mie, I don't buy Tamitsu anymore😅. Fire-brewed Omachi! It tastes clean and rather dry ✨. As it approaches room temperature, the fruity sweetness comes out 🍇. I was able to buy the zodiac bottle again this year 😆👍

Summer drinking isn't over yet🤣. I could have bought Snow Cloud, but I haven't finished my review of Summer Cloud yet💦. Dry powerful summer sake✨. It's delicious to go slowly and sharply in the second half of the bottle 😋. I wanted to drink Akiumo but couldn't buy it 😭 I wanted to buy some Akigumo, but couldn't 😭 The drugstore in my neighborhood suddenly has Yamazaki! That's expensive 🤣 I guess Donki is still cheaper 🐧.

Jinzo! Clear🩵 bought at the warehouse. Sweet and fruity aroma🍈. With juicy flavor that is typical of raw sake, A nice fresh gassy taste ✨. The refreshing acidity from the sweetness is well balanced 🙆‍♂️ Sweet potatoes I dug up in my parents' field. I got a lot bigger than a radish 😆. I'm not sure if they taste good 🤣.

Fukkai no Omachi! Fresh and slightly carbonated✨ Juicy sweet flavor and moderate acidity! It was easier to drink and tastier when it was well chilled 😋. I could have bought Misokin sometime ago! I was at work when I stopped by a convenience store and there was a huge line at the cash register, so I decided to go to another convenience store when I realized it was Miso Kin 🍜. It was a little out of date, but it was so good 🤩👍!

Local Sake! Looks like Sugihara Sake Brewery has also started brewing this season✨ I hope to drink a lot of Chiyonohana this season! No more nigori releases from Junmai Ginjo 😭 Still, I bought 4 bottles of Jun Dai alone so I was able to fully enjoy it👍 It's juicy and the most fancy one 😋. The brewery also sells a lot of sake-kasu related items such as sweets, breads, bean buns, etc. 🍞. Financier with sakekasu from Imi! The soft aroma of the sakekasu is great 👍!

Long past its prime as indicated on the back label😇 Juicy sweetness of Omachi, Juicy sweetness of Oumachi and fruity acidity like a clear wine 🥂. It's as delicious as ever 😋. It tastes better when drunk at the right time 🤣. Craft beer from Aichi 🍺 Tortopia! I knew it was good 🤩!

KENT🚬 I've been smoke free for about 14 years, I still feel like smoking 🚬. This one was recommended to me at Sake no Yamamoto! I checked and it was the liquor store's PB ✨ That's a good recommendation 🤣. It has a refreshing sweetness, It's a beautiful sake that's easy to drink and goes down smoothly 😋. Chilly! I bought a fall deer 🍁🦌 with Tamagawa. Gentle and smooth on the palate✨ Rich flavor and firm acidity afterwards✨. This one is also good on the rocks 🧊. It's even easier to drink when chilled 😋. New sake is starting to appear! But I will drink summer sake 🤣👍 I bought an ice breaker 🧊 when I went to Kyoto Gutsy and dry when drunk cold! I personally find it easier to drink on the rocks with ice ✨. Take it out of the Nobeyokocho and warm it up 🍶. The acidity comes out and it's also easy to drink 😋. Tamagawa is a force to be reckoned with!
