Chitose cranes! Limited edition raw sake purchased on an adult school trip in Hokkaido ✨. Chitose Tsuru was recommended to me at a liquor store in Gifu and I fell in love with it 😘. I went there because it is the only brewery in Sapporo 😊. The limited draft sake is now on tap! While it has the sweetness and umami of rice, It is easy to drink with a refreshing acidity. Perfect as a food sake ✨. There was also a space for snacks like soft-serve ice cream with sake lees ✨ If you are going to Sapporo, please stop by 👍

900! Imi has put a curse on herself that she can only drink at Kiri number! I'll drink freely after 1000! Silver opening once every 4 years! The 40% polished rice is a umei, The aroma is fruity ✨. It has a mellow sweetness that is typical of Imi, but it is also refreshing and easy to drink👍. The bitterness that slowly emerges in the second half of the bottle is even better 😋. The shot beauty for 1000 is also a glimpse first 🤣. I could only buy these two bottles this year... It's too hard to buy it because of all the lotteries even though it's a local sake 😭

Turtle. The first half of GW was a trip to Hokkaido, so the latter 4 days were spent at home relaxing 🏠. The only event was a BBQ at my parents' house 🍖🔥. The bottle in the fridge is too much of a nuisance, so I'm going to drink up all the Kame-chan before my wife gets mad at me 🐢. Gentle sweetness and umami, then a refreshing sourness ✨. No bitterness, so you can drink it smoothly 😋. It took me 4 days to finish it! Kamerei is still a great wine! I found a fresh Northman at New Chitose Airport: ❄️ I bought it because Mr. Menshuoh bought a lot of it and it was really delicious 🤩.

Adult school trips! Last day was at Escondido Field⚾️ The building is really cool 🏟️ I was soberly impressed with the cushions on the seats✨. Nochi-san treated me to some Seimiya Ramen 🍜. It was light and tasty after having miso last night 😋. After that, I wanted to eat Mannami Curry 🍛. I was too naughty 🐷 I wasn't hungry when I got home💦. I was so excited about the fox dance and sightseeing in the ballpark that I was distracted from the baseball 🦊. Wakamusume we drank on the second night! The aroma is gorgeous🍎🍍. Adult school trips! The second day is also full of events! We went to Sakuramoto Shoten, Chitosekuru brewery, Raccoon Nijo Sake Festival, and Sapporo Beer Museum to engage in sake activities 🤣👍. First time at the Sake Festival ✨! Fruity aroma and slight sweetness, but with a clean taste 😋. I don't have a picture, but the tempura of gyoja garlic and albacore was too good to resist 🤩! Too bad the gochu would have been even better if it had been cold😅. It was very hot in Sapporo that day, so the sake was quite warm 🙄. In the evening, we had Genghis Khan 🐑🔥. It was delicious and had no smell at all 😋😋.

JR stops too much! It's April and the commuter trains are crowded every morning with fresh new workers and middle and high school students✨. It's strange that this naturally decreases around GW every year 🤣. So yesterday, the JR train stopped on my way home and I became a refugee 💦 I left the office at 20:00 and arrived home at 23:30😭. And since I had a medical checkup the next day, I couldn't eat or drink anything, so I just consumed time 🫠. I drank sometime abe yellow💛. It's my first time to close a bottle of sake rice 🙏. Fruity sweet aroma🍐. Lactic-acid-like sweetness and gasiness, and a bitterness in the second half, juicy but well balanced👍. I couldn't really tell the difference between the sake rice, but I knew Abe-san was delicious 😋. I'd like to drink the pink one too, but I wonder if it's still available 🤔.

The peat smell is amazing🥃. The way it hits your nose is like drinking a peaty highball✨. Cold sake is not good! And surprisingly not good with soda 🤣. The sourness and bitterness of the sake stood out in a weird way 💦. In the end, lukewarm is the best 👍! The rice flavor and gentle acidity are well balanced, and the peat aroma in the second half does not get in the way 😊. This is delicious! It went down smoothly 🤣.

I tried Coco Ichi's Lu Mei Spiced Curry, which is only available for a limited time this month 🍛. It's unique and delicious with octagonal flavor 🤩. Rigel distribution! I've been drinking it for a while ✨. ☆☆☆☆☆! Thank you for this rare drink 🙏. The one I had before was 60% polished rice and I had the impression that it was a very refreshing sake for a meal, This one has a slight sweetness and a nice balance of acidity in the second half of the bottle. I agree with Rigel that 80 is the best 👍. I'm always grateful for good sake choices 😊. Two bottles for Batele's 8th anniversary! Green is tropical and easy to drink✨ Red is rich and full-bodied with a high alcohol content✨ They're expensive but they're still delicious 😋. 888!

Glad you made it through ✨ While I was slacking off, the 4th anniversary of my Sake no Wa registration passed ㊗️㊗️㊗️㊗️ I still wonder why I started Sake no Wa at the end of the fiscal year 4 years ago🤣. I was drinking Hana-Hanayo Sake Musashi sometime ago! I didn't pay attention to what I was drinking, but I won a bottle of sake💦. I remember I started drinking it the day I won it because it was in my way ✨. The first day it was hard and bitter, but from the second day it became sweeter and easier to drink 😋. And it's a pineapple. 🍍🍍🍍🍍 Still, I think that among the Hanayo, Sake Musashi might be the sake rice that is moderate in both sweetness and pineappleiness! Good thing it's easy to drink👍

Green Label🟩. Another year of raw sake we've come across ✨ It has more weight, punch, and power than the standard Tokubetsu Junmai! The taste is a bitterness that is typical of Nabeshima from the tangy gassiness and rich umami👍. Too good 😋! I wonder if I can buy it again next year 😆.
