Sankoひのくち 無ろ過生原酒 朝しぼり
まつちよ
Hinokuchi Asashibori🍶 is sold at Sanko Masamune's brewery open house on the first weekend of March.
This year, my favorite bar has it in stock again, so I went to drink it right away 😊.
I started with a cold sake.
The first aroma is slightly sweet with a hint of richness.
The first aroma is a rich, slightly sweet aroma with a hint of bitterness and a mild acidity.
Next, it was served warm.
The top aroma is a rich sweet aroma with a slight hint of warmed raw sake.
The palate has a mild acidity and a mellow, full-bodied sweetness.
The bitterness disappears when this sake is warmed up, which I like very much 😋.
It was delicious 🍶✨️

Good morning, Peco-san!
Is that the one you're serving in four-pack bottles? 🤔
It's delicious when warmed up 😋.

Matsuchiyo-san, I went to a local bar and they were out of it 😭 They said they go to the brewery every year to buy a bottle and when they stocked it, it was so popular it was gone before they could get it. I've had the kasuzu soup made with Sanko Masamune sake lees and it was soooo good 😊.

Oh! You are a great drinker to go buy every year 😊.
I wish I could go to the brewery too.
I want to try the sake lees soup too 😋.
