Unokawa Sake Shop in Nara is the only distributor outside of Fukuoka Prefecture, so we went to Gojo City💦.
It took me about 3 hours to get there because I had to wait about 40 minutes on the way because of the limited number of trains😅.

This liquor store is open only on Saturdays and Sundays. On weekdays, they have a sake and whiskey restaurant in Shinsaibashi.

This 30% polished Zanshin Junmai Daiginjo, which recently won the gold medal at the Fukuoka Prefecture Sake Competition, is made from Yamadanishiki from Minami-Aso, and is a bottle of sake that is filled with the brewery's serious brewing techniques without interruption.

Zanshin recommended by Tsuyodai. I got it at a liquor store near Kokura station. I was in a car, so I talked with the clerk and made my decision.
It has a very strong sake taste in the mouth, but I feel that it really comes into its own as a food sake. It is a synergistic effect that makes the food taste good and the sake taste good. The more you drink, the better the sake becomes, which is the best part of dry sake. Following yesterday, I drank too much again. But it's not so bad.
