I buy Harukoi-san every year! My wife also enjoys drinking it, so it's a wonderful sake 🍶I'm a wife-beater 😏.
I actually buy it because I find the pink color erotic 😚 No, I buy it because it tastes good 😋.
However, I think I left it too long, it has a little too much acidity and the freshness and fizziness is gone 😲...my fault 😥.

You're right ❗I basically open the bottles in the order I got them, but I do open them earlier with some exceptions for draft sake and happoshu! I know it says that on the label but I didn't follow it 😅.
