It is SANTOUKAI. It was sweet with a hint of rice flavor. In the evening, my wife and I went to an izakaya (Japanese-style bar) for a year-end party. We had beef tataki, yellowtail kama, etc. and finished with okonomiyaki. We were told that it was because they had leftover cabbage. But it was delicious!

I bought this sake as a souvenir from Yamaguchi Prefecture. The owner did not recommend it, but I bought it because of its name and appearance. It is a pure sake, so it is not crystal clear and leaves a strong aftertaste, but that is what makes it so good. But it is good. (How can I say it is like a "Kaimo" shochu?). It is easy to drink because of its refreshing taste.

Izakaya Shinkansen After three days of work in Yamaguchi, and a good response from the customers, all that's left is to enjoy Izakaya Shinkansen 🥳. But, as I had feared, there was no time for shopping 😱. All the box lunches in the souvenir shop were sold out! In the end, I got almost everything at the Seven inside the ticket gate. But since I could predict this situation, I bought a bottle of sake at the supermarket the day before yesterday. I usually go for two bottles of Sandesi, but I decided to go for one because I drank too much the day before 😝. A list of dishes Kirin Haruarekaze SANTOUKAI Chicken mayo pasta salad with sweet and spicy sauce Deep-fried tofu Rengon Tempura Shake and wakame seaweed Chicken fried chicken with mayonnaise Bundt cake SANTOUKA Honjozo I've had a few santouka, but this is my first! It's very robust. It leaves a tangy taste on the tongue. The alcohol content is only 15%, so it feels a little stronger. Does it have a hint of alcohol? But it's also a little bit strong. I'm closing up store in Shin-Osaka today 😂.

Hi Pon 😊 The reason I wrote "almost all Seven" is because I bought only this bract cake at the souvenir shop outside the ticket gate 😘I found it at a Uiro store, a famous Yamaguchi confectionery. I don't know if this one is famous or not 🤣 it was gone in one bite!

Junmai Ginjo Hiyoroshi We were allowed to drink it at a product exhibition in Yamaguchi Prefecture. Sake meter value is +2 and acidity is 2.0, but the aftertaste is crisp and easy to drink!

Story during training in Kyushu To Mojiko with my friends & Shimonoseki Karato Market in Yamaguchi Prefecture❗ Fukuoka and Yamaguchi are both a treasure trove of sake 💎There is a lot of sake you haven't seen yet😆Mojiko has a wonderful nostalgic atmosphere✨I had the famous grilled curry 🍛and then went to Yamaguchi prefecture for the first time! I didn't realize how close the Kanmon Strait is 😲I had a one-cup of Yamatohka for lunch 🍶I love being drunk from noon on 😳.

Private brand of Fujimura Sake Brewery in Hofu City, Yamaguchi Prefecture The sake is named after a local poet and the owner of the brewery. We bought a 300ml bottle to try, as it is a traditional brand that has been commissioned to be brewed continuously for 26 years. The ginjo aroma is mild, and you don't even notice it on the palate. But I did not expect to find such a beautiful sake in Yamaguchi. Toyo Bijin, Tenbi, and other gorgeous brands are popular, This sake is a perfect representative of Yamaguchi as a food sake.
